  Came in because my car was smelling like crappy mildew, they did a thorough inspection, cleaned some stuff that they found, but also changed the filters and did a deodorizer through the ventilation system. Car smells better, though not fully solved as I need to get the rugs and seats detailed/deep cleaned with a steamer or whatever in all likelihood to get the rest of the smell out. But, Gills did all they could and even didn’t charge me for the deodorizer service as it didn’t fully solve the issue. All throughout they were very nice to talk to, very knowledgeable about what it could be, and professionally gave me updates and managed the time well. 5/5 and will be back to get some tires when the time comes

  Customer service is the absolute best. Thomas is great and it goes above and beyond to help his customers. I have been treated great every time I have came in and they have went above and beyond to help. He put in extra time and effort to try to get my car covered by the warranty spending two hours with them on the phone and he got it approved saving me a lot of money! They also offer warranty on their work, which is great. Definitely recommend the shop!

  I scheduled an appointment for a vehicle inspection at 2pm. I arrived 10 minutes early. They got me checked in and told me it will only take 60-90 minutes. I sat in the lobby and waited for an hour before they began to work on my vehicle. They never communicated to me that they were running behind. They inspected my vehicle and in the video they sent me the employee is talking bad about the condition of my 26 year old truck. Stay away from this location!

  I'd forgotten what it was like to do business with folks back where I grew up in a smaller town in America in the 60s. The kind of place where the owner is part of a community and treats you as much as a neighbor as they do a customer. They didn't sell me things I didn't need. They took care of my problems. They offered help that I could use, but hadn't requested. They went out of their way to help me out on a Saturday when they closed early even though I didn't have an appointment. I remembered that things used to be like this. So when I do need the tires they didn't sell me, I will buy them there. I will tell friends (and you) that I had a great experience. And I hope you will have the same and tell your friends as well - because this is the kind of business I like to support.
