This happened to be the closest tire shop to where I was so I pulled in and asked them to take a look. I also asked how much it would cost and he said it was free. They Kept the promise for it to be free, even though the damage was due to a failed repair by another shop. They were able to do the repair very quickly, and I was back on the road within an hour.
