  Awesome shop! Brought my future car in for a pre-purchase inspection and they did it for me super fast within an hour and were very easy to work with! Thank you so much. I will be back for maintenance with my new car :)

  I was happily satisfied with the service I received. I was fitted into the day’s schedule regardless of not having an appointment, in addition to being charged $0 to fix and place my tire on the car. Everyone was kind, friendly, and accommodating. I was very happy with my service. I will definitely use this establishment again and recommend it to others.

  Edit: Thank you to the general manager for reaching out to address concerns and the shop trying to make it right and replacing my wheel locks - while my rear alignment wasn’t able to be completed since the rear sub frame needs to be adjusted slightly - I appreciate the effort —————— Original review: The pricing at this shop is great and the people are friendly - I got new tires and brake pads installed here, but that's where the positives end. After getting new tires installed I noticed shaking in the wheel and my seat at 45mph and up - clear sign the tires were not balanced properly - I took my car back in for a tire rebalance. Turns out the original tech over torqued my wheel locks damaging the studs (I think his name was Terrell - wears a beanie) He also messed up the tire balancing. Furthermore I was never told the wheels were over torqued and had to find out for myself later. The advisor mentioned that there was rust on my wheel studs and they were replacing the studs at cost, never mentioning the over-torque and damage caused by the tech - they did not offer to get new wheel locks for me either at this point Tires were rebalanced and studs replaced - Thank you to Steven for fixing the wheel balance issue - the car does not shake any more at higher speeds When I got back in the car just over 2 hours later I noticed my wheel lock was missing - I asked Steven where it was He mentioned the wheel lock was damaged and over torqued and now my car has no wheel locks on them. Something the advisor Thomas did NOT tell me. I had to leave to make another appointment, called back shortly after and asked them to replace my wheel locks. This should have been offered by Thomas but was not, it appears to me he was trying to save face or just hope I did not notice my wheel locks were now gone because of the damage caused by the original tech So now I have to come back for a third time to get the wheel locks installed, a week later they have not arrived and it appears they were never ordered.

  I cannot recommend Gills Point S enough! I was getting ready to drive all the way back to Canada on Monday when my car suddenly started making a terrifying scraping noise. Not wanting to risk a long drive without knowing what was wrong, I called them up, and they told me to just swing by. ​Without an appointment, they looked at my car right away and quickly diagnosed that the backing plates were rusty and scraping, which was causing the noise. They cleaned it up, topped up my tire pressure, and even checked my fluids! To my absolute surprise and gratitude, they didn't even charge me. ​These folks took time out of their busy day to help me out so I could make my trip home worry-free. They are trustworthy, hardworking, and genuinely kind people. They deserve 10 stars if I could give them—a huge thank you to the team here

  Paid GOOD money for tire installation and they didn't even have to unmount old tires, just install on to separate wheels I had. All seemed well at first but after I drove on the new tires, I had the classic symptoms of a wheel out of balance. I stopped back by to have them check it, and the manager immediately got very defensive and raised his voice at me that they already balanced them right and that I would have to pay to get them re-balanced. Well, any REPUTABLE shop would simply rebalance them or at least spin them up again to double check, but nope, they refused without me having to pay again. I trusted them that it was done right, so I left, fairly intimidated by this manager. Well, I drove for a bit and it was still bothering me, so I had to pay ANOTHER shop to balance them, $84. Well guess what? ONE wheel was off by 1.75oz. I was in and out of that shop in 15 minutes but I wasted $84 and my time to fix what they should have done right the first time, or at least after the test drive. AVOID this location, the managers ego may just cost you! Very disappointed, I trusted all the good reviews and they just had to blow it by simply not double checking their work after I had a valid complaint. It doesn't matter if they were cheap tires I had shipped in, I paid a pretty high install fee for not buying them there so they should have backed their work regardless.
