  Wife dropped to have a screw removed. She was not told it might take 2 hours or more. Another transport could have been arranged to come back later to get her car. Happy that she didn’t get up sales to buy 4 new tires.

  Got a new set of 4 All Terrain Tires and new sensors. After searching around I found that they had the overall best bang for the buck. Didn’t wait too long, they were very communicative through the process and resolved all issues. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

  I have been frequenting this business for over 25 years. A few reasons, they are honest and fair. The employees are very capable, knowledgeable and friendly. When I had my last set of tires installed, they ordered them in the same day and I was on the road in less than 3 hours.

  I made a no hassle appointment the day before. The attendant seemed very happy to help me. At the appointment the desk attendant was polite and welcoming, he even placed the television on a cooking show for me while I waited for my car. When my car was done, I reviewed the bill and remembered that the last time my car was serviced they forgot to use my coupon. The attendant checked and said, you're right then took care if it immediately with an apology and a smile. I thanked him and thought to myself, "I'll be back again".

  I've gotten three sets of tires at this location over the last seven years and have decided I can't be shopping here anymore. Also a dozen of rotations. It is a bit out of the way and their turn over is bad. But most of all they sold a bad set of tires that went bad about 11,000 miles early. There is a lot of up sale and they refused to pull a screw out of a tire. I can't be going to tire shops and having them refusing to make things better. So I drove away with a screw in a tire (it was a repairable spot). Especially a place I've dropped $2300 at. It is time to move on. They have been 86-ed as my go to tire shop.
