  The customer service is top notch. I went to them when they were just Browns and they never changed who they were when they became apart of Points-S. They’ve serviced all of the cars I have owned throughout the years and they are HONEST. I recommend this family owned business!!

  I had a problem with a valve stem that failed two days after buying tires. I was initially annoyed when I woke up to a flat tire but when I called they said they were sending someone out to my house to fix the problem. From the moment I hung up the phone they handled everything. They took an annoyance and made it into an opportunity to provide excellent customer service.
