  I had to have some repairs done on my car and Gerber did an excellent job. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and let me know everything that was going on. I highly recommend them with your car repair needs. They are very nice people as well😊

  My experience with Gerber Collision has unfortunately been very disappointing. After my car was repaired following an accident, I noticed several issues when I brought the vehicle home, including overspray, a crease on the rear panel, a thumping noise from the front suspension, a malfunctioning turn signal, paint marks on the window trim and mirror, uneven cuts/fitment on newly installed parts, and paint drops on the vehicle. I brought the car back so these concerns could be addressed. After the additional repairs were completed, I picked up the vehicle again and found that a paint drop I had previously reported was still there. I also noticed a concern with the vehicle’s alignment. An alignment had already been billed as part of the original repair, which makes the possibility of an alignment issue after the repair particularly concerning. What has been most frustrating is having to repeatedly identify and report issues after the vehicle was supposedly repaired and inspected through the quality-control process. My expectation was simply that my car would be returned to its pre-accident condition and that the repairs would be thoroughly checked before the vehicle was returned to me. There is a particular irony in Gerber’s statement: “We’ll make sure your vehicle is repaired correctly, because we know your safety is dependent on us, and nothing is more important.” Based on my experience, the actual repair process has not matched that promise.

  UPDATE: they were FINALLY able to resolve our problem about two days after I posted this. The manager was very apologetic and agreed that this timeline was unacceptable. He said he talked to his team so I hope no one else gets this experience. When we were initially sent a review request for this company after we had work done with them after an accident, I left a great review. I shouldve waited to leave an honest one. Initially, it wasn’t their fault that dodge kept sending them the wrong sensor. We were able to pick the car up after 3 weeks (missing that sensor) and was told that the new part would arrive in 2 weeks, and then they’d call and schedule to install it. It’s been SEVEN WEEKS and we have reached out to them only to receive promises of a call back that remain unfulfilled. We finally went today and they said “we have the sensor” yet still can’t tell us when they can install it. They also removed the emblems from our Durango (even on the side completely unaffected by the accident) and were not going to bother replacing them until we made a big deal about it. We were referred here by insurance but I’ll be sure to never make that mistake again. Communication is poor, customer service is meh, and apparently they don’t like finishing what they started.

  Recently, my Kia Sorrento was hit in a grocery store parking lot. I was directed to Gerber by the insurance company. This was my first interaction with Gerber. Every person I met was friendly, informed, and professional. Next-the speed of processing at the front desk was excellent and accomplished by people who really care about the customer. Next- Meeting the adjuster, Jason, and going over the damage was painless and again, very professional. He was thorough and informative. All throughout the process, he stayed in contact and the work was done before the promised date. I will use them for any further bodywork and appreciate the positive approach and workmanship! It’s great to turn something that was a collision and a interruption of our week into a positive experience – – Jason and the Gerber team did it!
