- GHGary HeadJun 15, 20261.0Long and slow line at registration desk then another long slow line in garage once we had the paperwork in hand. Employee had to walk each customer their row for their car. We might give Enterprise another try at another airport but certainly not at PDX in Portland.

While we were down there we started feeling symptoms of Covid, so we decided to cancel our flight and drive home instead. I called Enterprise and let them know my situation. They were extremely thoughtful and helpful. They allowed me to drive the car home at no extra charge, and they had it towed from my property. They were grateful that I was transparent about our situation, so they knew to quarantine the vehicle. I will definitely be using this company for all of my future car rental needs.
- ESEllie SmithJul 28, 20201.0Absolutely horrible it took them hour to help me and when they did finally get me a car they sold it to me in almost complete darkness so you couldn’t see all the dents and scratches and if that wasn’t enough when I started to drive it it broke down less than two miles away from the enterprise.
