I am a tenet at a Apt. Complex with Executive Towing signs posted in our parking lot. I called to gather some information regarding the tenet parking agreement we have with this company as there have been continuous issues with the parking rules. I'm kindly asking questions to the rep I was speaking with, it started out good. As I continued to ask questions(because I am building a case for my own reasons), SHE began to Escalate her voice with me and rudely hung up on me. That was not necessary and was unprofessional. I was not aggressive nor disrespectful to this person whatsoever. I just wanted information on how these issues can be resolved in the future. I plan to make a verbal complaint with their management team regarding this incident.

I've enjoyed working with the team at Executive Towing. They are professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Their dedication to serving the Portland community is evident, and I would feel confident referring others to them.
