  I came here because this charger was shown as available, but I wasn’t able to charge at all. I tried multiple times and kept getting a connection/handshake error (Error 004158). The screen would go through the steps, say it was checking the cable and connecting to the car, and then it would just fail. I followed all the instructions carefully, unplugged and retried several times, and even called support. The support agent was polite, but they couldn’t fix the issue or reset the charger, so it stayed unusable. This was especially stressful because I was very low on battery and relying on this as a DC fast charger. When a charger is listed as available but doesn’t actually work, it puts drivers in a really difficult situation. At the very least, broken chargers shouldn’t be shown as operational. This location clearly needs maintenance and more accurate status reporting. I don’t think I’ll be using this station anymore. The range 1 mile. So distressing.

  Very frustrating! Just want to pay and charge but you have to download the app with ALL your information- credit card, your address your vin # on your vehicle. After 25 min of working in all of this I still couldn’t charge then I called and the customer service rep couldn’t help me either. I finally just cancelled and left.
