The rental was pristine, it worked out great. The customer service was phenomenal. The team asked great questions, they were professional and competent, they made me feel as though I'm not simply a customer but also a part of their community. The team's rapport building is absolutely top notch and left me genuinely excited to come see them again next time I need a rental. I highly recommend working with this office/team for your rental or business needs if you have the opportunity. You'll be glad you did.

Kyle the Manager and his entire team, went above and beyond as always. This is my 5th or 6th time renting from this location and this last rental was last minute, and as always Kyle stepped up, got me the truck I needed and had me in and out in under 15 minutes. As a business owner myself, I’m busy and my time is always short. I leave every time wishing I had 3 people like him. I do not take the time to fill out surveys, if service is bad, I don’t go back. If service is good, I’ll be back, however, I expect good service. As I expect most people parting with their money do. Then, every once in awhile the service is so great, and not just the first time, but multiple times and now it’s been every time. That’s when I’ll take my time and let you know how lucky you are to have people like Kyle and his whole team.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Enterprise, and I want to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Sienna. From the moment I walked in, she made the entire car rental process seamless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Sienna was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. She answered all my questions thoroughly, clearly explained the rental terms and optional coverage without any pressure, and ensured I was matched with a vehicle that suited my needs perfectly. Her professional attitude, warmth, and attention to detail transformed what is usually a routine transaction into a top-tier service experience. Employees like Sienna are what build customer loyalty. If you are renting from this location, you are in great hands if Sienna is assisting you!

The team at this Columbia Blvd. location is so friendly and professional. I have been impressed with their commitment to exceptional service, and good communication. I believe it is rare to find the type of caring service this truck rental location provides. If you need to rent a truck or van, it's worth the trip to NE Portland to work with this team. I have rented from them twice after renting from other companies and locations. I will be returning here in the future.
