I got a ride to and from the auto shop I was working with through insurance, and when I arrived, I was curious about what rental options were available. The guy at the front desk asked if there was anything specific I was looking for. I said I was hoping for something hybrid or with good gas mileage in this economy, and he told me he’d love to upgrade me and lower the rate on an electric Mustang. I had no idea how amazing that car was going to be! He told me he wanted me to actually enjoy my rental and sent me on my way. I wasn’t expecting to have such a great experience, and my week with the car was seriously awesome. Thank you for making an unexpected situation so much better!
