  Consistently great customer service from Sandy branch. It's why I always rent from here. Have been regularly renting for 18+ months.

  Didn’t have the vehicle that was reserved with a confirmation number. Didn’t offer any further assistance to locate another vehicle. Didn’t offer transportation after getting an Uber from the airport to their location to pick up the reserved vehicle. There is a parking lot full of cars, but they just rented the last one they had.

  literally everything was fine until i received a call confirming my rental was returned and i was referred to incorrectly the entire time despite politely correcting the guy on the other end of the line. Felt intentional, and that the person helping me quickly put aside professionalism and customer courtesy for sake of a needless cheap shot. i did enjoy driving around a big truck for a couple weeks, though. thank you enterprise for the comfortable ride, even if it was a silly change from my usual sedan. i did my best to make the most of it. 3 pointless misgenderings out of 5.

  My experience there was absolutely great. They were able to help me find a reliable car really fast and the customer service was amazing and helpful

  I went to the front desk and there was a girl she had a bad attitude. She didn’t help me. I had a question about car. She didn’t help me. She didn’t say anything with the bad mood and she said no no no.
