  Very happy with our rental experience. Location was steps away from hotel which was very convenient. Check-in process was easy. For someone that had a torn meniscus, the walk down the spiral stairs was horrible. I wish we were offered another route to go downstairs for pick-up. The first car we were given had zero gas and the attendant stated it was not checked in properly the night before. So, I was asked if I was willing to drive a minivan instead which was fine with me. The drop-off was easy and again the staff was very friendly...we walked up the ramp this time which was a win for me. I would 100% recommend renting here...just avoid the spiral stairs.

  They didn’t have my class of car available, but otherwise were efficient with renting and dropping off. They offer after hours drop offs, but I didn’t use it.

  Rented a car through the insurance agency Amica. One day I get a call from Harmon saying that I owed money on the rental when I clearly had it under my insurance agency. He refused to talk with the provider who had set up the account with him and continued to make it his primary interest to try and bully me acting like I did something wrong by using the vehicle I am renting. Trying to charge a card they had on file even though the insurance company clearly was paying for it. Telling his company I refused to return it when I only asked him to talk directly to them - which he refused. They called again and again denying reality and stating that I had to return it right away. They called an investigator Eric Jones to further bully me saying the cops would pull me over and arrest me. All I did was get hit by a car and get a rental though insurance. They stopped communicating and I have been this kids punching bag and point of interest. Don’t believe the fake nice child voice he has, work with another location for your own sanity.
