    Carter A. at the front desk literally saved our day and a friend's wedding plans!! We had such a hard time trying to get a car with a Hertz that we made a reservation with 3 days in advance. We chose this location because it wasn't the airport and we didn't have a credit card we could use currently. We were able to use our debit card and Carter even saved us some money on our 3 day rental!! He was personable and so helpful. Hertz made us 2-3 hours late to the wedding but thanks to Carter we'll at least be there 😭😭. Also thank you to the gal with the blonde hair downstairs who was also so helpful, funny, and made picking up the car in the garage so smooth!!

    Got help from 2 different employees on 2 different days to set up a reservation despite my own internet issues and their system not being designed for 1-way trips: both were extremely helpful and kind. I haven't worked with the pick-up crew yet but they also seemed very nice in passing, so I'll probably have good reason to update this in a few weeks to include their great service as well ☺️
