  I had gone to Hertz to rent a car but big mistake the lady at counter was very RUDE!! So left and decided to try enterprise and what a difference the guys at the counter went out of there way to help me to get a rental last minute. I will go thru enterprise from now on. Enterprise has my business from now on. Hertz should take note customer service goes a long ways and Enterprise was #1 by far! Thank you for the great service!

  Go to the store in clackamas. Much cheaper and MUCH nicer staff who actually cares about their customers. These guys will leave you sitting in the road with the gates closed at 7:59 am and then say it’s bc they’re open at 8 am. I had to get out and open the gate myself, as it turned 8 am. Mind you, I’ve been here many times before and they were open at least 5 min til. And that was confirmed by the employee who gave me a ride home and said “yeah they usually open the gate 5 min til but I don’t know why they didn’t today”. But they sure did sit and argue with me about it claiming they don’t open it until 8 am. The old guy and the guy who cleans the cars in the morning a need new jobs ASAP. I think it’s fairly reasonable for me to be upset that I have to open YOUR gate to return YOUR car at 8 am so that I don’t get charged for another day. Do not bother replying to this—I am forwarding my complaint to corporate.

  I’m giving five stars because the people at the location on SE Woodstock & 82nd were so great. Especially Carter, he was a very pleasant and upbeat person and we had a very genuine conversation while he drove me home after I dropped off the car. I would certainly recommend again. But the only hiccup is the customer service on the phone was not great, they overpromised about the time I could be picked up without checking to see if that was actually possible (and it was not). I ended up needing to take a Lyft to the location because this was a last minute need to rent a car for work to fill in for a colleague, so I needed to make it to the meeting on time way out in Gresham. The car itself was a piece of crap (blue Mitsubishi Mirage) but I really was not expecting much for a $40 rental, haha. Great location, great people, and overall good experience!

  My wife went here to rent a car after a reservation was made by GEICO. Instead of taking accountability for not having a drivable car available, they pressured her to wait for hours for a car to be fixed. Furthermore, she was treated incredibly poorly by a man named Taylor. She left in tears. Worst customer service experience of her life. Never renting with this company again.

  I had to pick up a car today reserved by Geico for 10am and they did not have a car for me. I was told I had to wait for an 1 hour to have a car they had that had tire issues to be fixed. One of the representatives Taylor was rude when I told him I did not want to wait for an hour because I have work. I cancelled my reservation and I will never again use Enterprise. Geico said I can choose to use another rental company. I wasted my time taking an Uber to go pick up a car reserved for me. I have never had this kind of experience.
