  I always rent from the same branch; the manager and all the staff are excellent—they help with whatever you need and treat you like family.

  I am very thankful for the staff here! They went above and beyond! We were supposed to arrive in Oregon on Tues, 6/9 at 10:30 in the morning. Our flight was delayed due to a bad radio and set us back 6.5 hours. We didn't land until almost 6pm! I called Enterprise and explained our predicament. The gentlemen working that evening said he'd stay open until 6:30 to wait on us. You have no idea how much this helped and how freaked out I was about being stuck in the middle of nowhere with no vehicle. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Your kindness is very much appreciated. Dropping off my rental was also easy. Both men were very nice and easy to talk to. I enjoyed talking to them!

  The place was a little chaotic because of graduation weekend but Charles, chris and jacob handled it with politeness and grace given the pressure and did a great job making sure people got cars and out the door.

  The lady didn’t understand English. She put the wrong date and time. I had to call three times total. This location was the worst one compared to CA. I won’t do business here. I even had to call the assistant manager twice . Lucky I canceled.
