  Very efficient but a bit parental upon returning the car. Be sure you fill up before returning your car or you’ll be paying an extra charge.

  Ive been a enterprise customer for many years rented like 20+, i came to Oregon for a family trip and last minute had a meeting tried to rent a car wouldn't use my card said i had to have a credit card. Ive used the same card for the entire rental time.

  After reserving a car, confirming the reservation, being reminded to check in, checking in online, and showing up 10 minutes early, there was no car available. What should have been a 5 minute pick up turned into an hour and a half, making me very late to an important work event. Then, after having to pick up the car at a different location, my dropoff location was also changed without telling me. I feel really bad for their 1 staff member at the front, who had no control over how many cars were dropped off and was so swamped with customers he didn't have time to breathe, let alone notify people that their cars weren't available.
