    Best rental car experience I have ever had. Customer service was fantastic, arrival and departure both were incredibly efficient. My only request would be to have a Mazda sedan added to the lineup. Personally I am partial to Mazda vehicles, but the Hatchback has bad rear visibility and would have preferred a Sedan for my stay.

    Young Girl in the PDX airport was terrible to work with; we paid for a luxury suv and was not given that. Paid a bunch of money for a vehicle that was not worth the rental value. Vehicle was dirty & just overall a terrible experience. We usually only rent thru Enterprise, but this will be the last time unfortunately.

    I am extremely disappointed with my recent rental car experience. Despite having a reservation, it took nearly two hours to receive a vehicle. During that time, we were required to wait outside in the heat in a parking lot and were repeatedly told the wait would be “about 15 minutes,” which was both inaccurate and frustrating. The process itself was inefficient, requiring customers to first wait in line to check in, only to then be directed outside to wait again for a vehicle. With flights arriving continuously throughout the day, having only three agents working the counter at a major airport location is simply unacceptable and does not adequately support customer demand. Reservations should ensure a reasonable level of preparedness and service. The excessive delay and lack of clear communication caused me to miss a scheduled meeting, creating a significant inconvenience. This experience fell well below the level of service I expected and reflects poorly on the overall operation. Even trying to get a receipt when returning was a nightmare! The printer wasn’t working so I had to go to the line where people were waiting for their rental and wait while the 2 employees finished their personal conversation.

    Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Staff was great and helpful. PDX rental car process was awful. To be fair, it looked equally awful for all rental companies. With the billions of dollars recently invested in renovating PDX, its support facilities, its parking garages and its rental car facility there should never be a day when a rental car line takes an hour and ten minutes to process. My time in line was longer than my flight. There needs to be serious investment in customer experience. I turned the car in to a different facility (Bend, OR) and the staff there was awesome and the process quick & easy.

    The car that we rented wasn't anything special but worked fine for what we needed and at very reasonable price. What really stood out was the customer service. After a stressful beginning to our vacation. Terri-Anne with Enterprise at the Portland airport really turned our trip around. While helping us out with acquiring a vehicle. Terri-Anne had an overall positive attitude and guaranteed that our trip would be wonderful from then on. It felt as if the fairy godmother gave us her blessing. The rest of our vacation was flawless and a true delight! My only complaint is that she was not working when we returned to the airport so we could thank her again in person.
