  Very friendly service. Riley was attentive and helpful at both pick up and drop off. We got the exact type of vehicle we wanted, and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell us with the add-on coverage options like I have at other locations. Easy access off 26 if you're taking an Uber or Lyft from PDX.

  Very disappointed no car at the airport was told to take an Uber to a location more than 30 min Away. After a 7 hour flight, I'm disabled and was taken there via wheelchair. Reservation was made and paid for more than a month before vehicle was needed. If I returned vehicle to airport I would be charged another 150.

  Enterprise rent a car “we pick you up” has been the slogan I’ve heard over and over for decades on their commercials since I was a little girl. So imagine my shock when I was refused service because it was an “inconvenience” to pick up because they’re short staffed. The branch manager here Zach has ZERO empathy when I called to setup the time to be picked up for my rental car because I’d been in an accident and had no car and as a single mom of 3 kids was very desperate to get this situation fixed asap. I was told by my insurance company USAA who set up the rental for em through enterprise that they would come pick me up to go get the rental car as I now have no vehicle. After going back and forth with the branch manager Zach about several inconsistencies in the phone calls, I asked for the corporate number to file a complaint about the service and he gave me a 1800 number that was not for corporate and told me he will be refusing to rent me a car after I said I was going to file a complaint about the service… is this really how you treat your customers? I was asking for a bit of empathy and compassion to please be picked up because we are in a dire situation and that’s the enterprise slogan “we’ll pick you up” but somehow that’s not the case anymore… maybe it’s time to change your slogan? Overall I will never choose too rent through enterprise because of all the issues I’ve had. I hope no one else faces these same problems because when you need a car and need to be picked enterprise is clearly NOT THE PLACE TO GO.

  Excellent customer service! I highly recommend Enterprise Rent-a-Car on NW Science Parkway in Portland across the street from Home Depot!
