I received excellent customer service from both reps I interacted with (Zac & Riley) and was given the choice of two (virtually brand new) vehicles to choose from for my rental. Every single interaction was flawless. I have rented cars many times, and Enterprise really seem to have cracked what a good customer experience looks like. Five stars.
