- PFPaul FloreckJan 12, 20261.0I own a yacht that has two Cummins 5.9 QSB engines and one Onan generator. I requested a quote from this company to refurbish both of the Cummins. The work didn't include anything crazy, just belts, hoses, sensors, the water pump and inspecting the heat exchanger. They sent me an quote for $1950 just for them to prepare a quote. And they are only five miles down the road from my yacht. Terrible customer service, they are very unresponsive and don't respond to email or phone calls. I'm three months into this with them, my time was wasted. You would be better off to finding someone else to work on your rig.
- DSDan SkiltonSep 17, 20255.0We were traveling and our coach broke down in The Dalles. A shop there had our motorhome 2 1/2 days and couldn't pinpoint the problem. They told us they couldn't work on it. Had to have it towed in to Cummins and our roadside service made a 7 am appointment for us. At 7 we went in to the service department where Stephanie immediately went to work for us. Christian was the mechanic that worked on our coach. He went to work on it immediately, had the problem diagnosed and the faulty part out in just 2 hours. He kept us updated all day and we were back on the road by 3:30 that afternoon. We had a major fuel leak due to an o-ring failure on the fuel pump. Stephanie and Christian were great to work with and I highly recommend them and this shop. They even went the extra mile and steam cleaned the under side of our tow car that had been drenched in diesel fuel.

I went online and found one in 30 seconds... download was free??? Anyway the service tech obviously didn't want to work on it.I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED....Don't wait for them to call you back....WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!
