  Went in for an estimate, brought it in at 11am didn't get a call back until the following Monday, only got told they can't fix, no paperwork for estimate for repairs or anything. These guys don't even have a lift. No customer service on recommendations for repairs, or of any kind.

  I came here based on the previous reviews - and was pleasantly surprised. They fixed the window on my car for an extremely reasonable price, and did it very quickly, though I had to wait one day for it to get to their shop, since my car is a bit old and weird (it probably would have been two days or more elsewhere). Their business is down a bit because of the recession right now - so go here if you don't want to wait long! Edit after a few years: though I no longer have the car, the window that was replaced here started to get a huge, visible scratch (and horrifying sound) from opening and closing with broken glass still in my door. I also cut myself once or twice on broken glass that continued to spill onto the floor from the nook underneath my seat which I had been assured would be cleaned up (I don't have a shopvac). They also marred the interior surface of my door and I had forgotten to post that previously. So, all in all, pretty average service for a pretty average price, I guess.
