- HEHannah EdwardsJul 30, 20261.0I chose Ben’s because people recommended it all over the internet. I just got a new to me RAV4 2009 and wanted a full inspection. First off I was treated like I was dumb for saying I was nervous to get my transmission fluid changed because my car had high mileage. I asked for a drain and fill to be done with my inspection. Now a few weeks later my transmission was leaking fluid and I found out it was overfilled which is not ideal. The drain plug was leaking and the seal was leaking. Which is really frustrating because I left feeling bad about my car because they were short and condescending to me, and I chose them because I saw a woman say she felt comfortable with them and that was not the case for me. It felt like they barely looked at my car and then couldn’t communicate with me about it in a clear or kind way.
