I stopped at auto zone to get tail light and blinker bulbs. The sales associate was younger then me and sold me 2 sets for "off-road use only". I went back tonight and Alan the sales associate, well he was more then happy to get the right bulbs I needed and exchange them for me. I drove all the way home and my phone was ringing. It was Alan from auto zone. He told me he messed up on the exchange of bulbs that he was supposed to give me cash back and if I couldn't come in before closing, he'd put it in an envelope with my name on it and I could pick it up any time. I've never had any business employee be so honest. Thank you Alan. Your honesty is rare and appreciated

Very unprofessional the security guard watches me walk up and and buy spark plugs...I forgot to get oil and a oil filter so I turn around to grab the oil and oil filter in security guard walks up and says hey there's a camera up there and over there just want to let you know nice and I know this time is everywhere what's your point he proceeds to say I just want you to know that the cameras recording you okay I assume money here all the time so you're insinuating and I'm a thief or something made it real uncomfortable

This place always has long lines slow unhappy staff with managers that look at line then walk to back to do ignore the line on their phones or smoke out front right by the doors. Prices on shelf are wrong paid 2199 for a pump listed at 1999. Not worth waiting for an hour to get it adjusted. Avoid.
