This place seems very honest. They gave me lower cost options than I’ve ever gotten at other oil change places. I find that other places try to tell you you absolutely have to get the highest tier and this place talked through legitimate lower cost options that were still safe for my car. I didn’t feel taken advantage of as I almost always do at car places.

Fast and thorough service without a “strong upsell.” I was informed about upcoming service as recommended by the manufacturer, but without the push to do anything now.

Cecil, Will,Jordan, & Ashland were super efficient. They kept me informed of the wait time and held my place in line. Cecil was veryfriendly. Will was incredibly informative but not pushy. Jordan was thorough & friendly as well. I would come back!

I went to this location and everyone was extremely respectful and professional, and I love the overall vibe. I see if they quality oil change. They made sure to do a full check of pretty much everything. They didn’t have a cabin filter replacement for my vehicle, but they made sure the one that I’m using had some free space for when I could get it changed.

Went yesterday for an oil change , service was good and quick. What I really appreciated was the didn’t get pushy to get things done . They did nicely suggest I might need a transmission services I stopped going to Kia of Gladstone because it was almost a fight when I denied some of their over priced products. I definitely will return for the transmission flush. Thank you for not being pushy.
