  Greg is truly a great hero! I came in thinking it was a battery issue. He claimed me down walked me through what he found and we ordered parts and he actually saved me hundreds of dollars on a repair that I could myself. Thanks Greg you really are a Kind and genuine hero!

  Kids on his phone Sunday 9/27/2026…. I parked by door to have my check engine lite and a fuse looked at. He asked me to bring it in before I even could get to the check engine light. I said it’s literally on your window that you check things for free to see if they need replaced and he said absolutely nothing back and went back to his phone. Previously at Xmas I was in here and the guy working knew absolutely nothing and overcharged us for a steering wheel lock that was on sale. We came back 2 minutes later and he said he had no idea how to refund us. Never going back after this. Unreal how bad the guys are at this place. Just useless

  I have always been a believer that Customer Service is the most important thing a customer can get and I am here safe in my home to prove it. I don't live in Oregon City, but my car overheated and the first place came to my mind was Auto Zone. They were right there to help, and then I drove off, and car started overheating again...Greg the manager did everything he could, and then started calling repair places, it was 5 o'clock, everyone was closed. I couldn't reach my family, and I'm a widow, so I had to leave my car in the parking lot overnight and find a way home...my daughter and her family were not available which from the beginning, Greg said we will get you home which was about 18 miles from there. He had one of his employees drive me home, which was a blessing all by it's self, but wait, this young man was only 16, with manners that any parent would be proud of and his father got him into cars and fixing them up and thank you Auto Zone for hiring him and giving him the experience he will use the rest of his life. The whole team was great and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone. I can't express how much of a blessing it was to find them.
