- KAKenzie AriannaMay 26, 20261.0I wish I could give them zero stars. I couldn’t be more disappointed. I made an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. They said it would be done in one hour. I’m trying to buy a new car today and I was on a timeframe that’s why I made an appointment. I called them after an hour (because that’s how long they said it would take ) and I’m told they haven’t even gotten to it and they can’t get to it till tomorrow so they couldn’t even communicate with me (didn’t even attempt to call me) in that whole hour so I got screwed out of buying my car! Can’t stand this place horrible business!

- JCJill ChessJan 21, 20265.0AutoTeam Automotive was wonderful! From the first call I made and spoke to Terry, the proprietor, to the completion of the repair, I had complete confidence that my job would be completed timely and thoroughly. Terry took a lot of time to explain everything to me, making me feel confident in the repair and it’s final cost, which ended up being less than he estimated. Their communication was phenomenal! I was even given an appointment reminder and calls throughout the repair, plus photos and videos of why the work needed to be done. I highly recommend AutoTeam Automotive for all your automotive repair needs, and I’ll tell all my friends and neighbors.

Frequently Asked Questions About AutoTeam Automotive Repair
How often should I get my oil changed?
Sticking to your manufacturer's recommended oil change intervals is essential for keeping your engine clean and preventing sludge buildup and overheating. Following this maintenance schedule helps ensure your engine runs efficiently and lasts longer.
How often should I change my brake fluid?
Brake fluid change intervals vary depending on your specific vehicle. Check your owner's manual for the manufacturer's recommended schedule, or let one of our professionals inspect your brake fluid to determine its condition.
Do you install parts that I bring in?
We don't install customer-supplied parts because of potential warranty issues and quality concerns. This approach allows us to uphold our service standards and ensure we're protecting your best interests.
How often should I check my coolant?
Coolant, or antifreeze, keeps your engine from overheating or freezing. Your owner's manual will have the manufacturer's specific recommendations, which can range from every few years to each scheduled maintenance appointment.
How often should I change my air filters?
Replacing your engine air filter keeps debris from affecting engine performance and efficiency. Most filters need replacement between 15,000 and 30,000 miles (24,140-48,280 km), though your driving conditions may affect this interval.
When should I change my oil filters?
Oil filter replacement schedules differ by manufacturer. Some vehicles need a new filter with every oil change, while others require replacement every other service or at different intervals. Your owner's manual will provide the correct schedule for your vehicle.
Why is it important to get regular oil changes?
Regular oil changes are a simple yet vital service that keeps your engine parts properly lubricated and helps maintain fuel efficiency. Following recommended intervals prevents harmful sludge from forming and keeps your engine from overheating.
Why should I change my brake fluid as directed in the owner's manual?
Following your owner's manual for brake fluid changes is essential because this fluid transmits pressure from your brake pedal to your brakes to slow or stop your vehicle. Service intervals differ by manufacturer and typically range from every few years to just once or twice over the vehicle's lifetime.
Why is it important to check my vehicle's alignment?
Proper wheel alignment helps maximize tire life and performance. Your alignment can be thrown off by hitting potholes or curbs, which may cause uneven tire wear or cause your vehicle to drift to one side. An alignment service adjusts the camber, toe, and caster angles to fix these problems.
