Didn't even go in. All the passive aggressive printer paper signs are very unwelcoming. If it was one sign, whatever but the door is full of hand made policies. It looks trashy. It's uninviting. Honestly if the manger hates it so much they should definitely work somewhere else.

Place is completely covered in mold. Bathroom door is covered in mildew and the entire store smells like an old moldy fridge.

Rude cashier needs reality check. First time I encountered her I called to ask the price on a 12 pack of soda and she tells me she thinks they’re $10. She couldn’t be bothered to actually check or find out. No problem. 2nd time I encounter her is when I go to buy the 12 pack. I picked up probably 7 cases in total while she was up front on her phone the whole time. Another employee showed up and he was super cool and even offered to grab me some more from the back. 3rd time I encounter her I just stopped by to buy some nicotine. She didn’t look up from her phone once or say hi or anything. I just wanted my nicotine, so again, no problem. 4th time I encountered her was today. I had family ask me to stop by and get some more 12 packs. I walked into the store and nobody was there. There was a man up front looking like he was waiting for someone to help him. I walked to the back, opened the cooler and grabbed two twelve packs and walked to the front. The man was gone. I assumed he left because I still didn’t see any employees and a lady walked in and went to use the ATM. I went back for two more 12 packs and on my way back up to the front I barely make it halfway before this rude cashier lady comes running towards me angrily yelling at me screaming that I can’t be in there. I said I didn’t think it was an issue I was just grabbing a few 12 packs. She said “it doesn’t matter it’s not a walk-in.” Ive worked at a restaurant with a walk-in-freezer and a gas station with a walk-in-cooler and know the Sinclair cooler isn’t as nice but its still a walk-in cooler. But I wasn’t going to argue. I just said “ok.” And then I asked her if she could go and get me one more 12 pack then since I was only able to bring up 4 and I had planned on buying 5. At this point I think two other customers had walked in. She yells across the room “there are some right here in the front” and I watched her struggle to even pull one out. So she walks to the back and bumps into a younger looking employee and this cashier can’t even wait until I’m gone before she starts talking crap about me going into the cooler. At this point I just want to pay for my stuff and leave but I felt like I should make a suggestion so that nobody else has to deal with this confusion. I suggested to the cashier that maybe you guys put a sign on the coolers door if you don’t want people going in there. She lost her marbles after I said that. She started yelling and told me we don’t need a sign. And when I asked her how am I supposed to know I can’t go in there then she responded that “it doesn’t matter that I need to ask her.” Now every time I’ve seen this lady she’s always paying more attention to her phone than the customers. And I pointed out there was nobody here when I got here and she said “I was in there in the office” like I was supposed to know that’s where she was when I walked. I asked her how was I supposed to know that and she just kept trying to argue and she was being extremely rude. In the past she’d been rude and I had been nice to her and today I continued to be polite while she just kept yelling at me that it was a wasn’t a walk-in. I started to tune her out at this point because she was being unreasonable. I was actually embarrassed for her that she was acting like that in front of the other customers. She even realized how dumb it was but she kept going. Anyway, I carried half the twelve packs out to my car and came back for the rest and she argued with me some more. I didn’t ask her name. It said Cashier 7 on the receipt and she has black hair and brown skin. I’m really only writing this because I’m hoping somebody gives her a reality check. I don’t care if you’re lazy and on your phone at work all the time. Most people don’t care because we’re all tired of working too. But someone should remind this lady that you should talk to people with kindness and respect and especially when you’re at work. The towns a bit rough so maybe the traffic at Sinclair is bad but that’s no reason to treat everyone who comes into your store like crap.
