    We came in on vacation from Houston. We reserved an SUV that seats 8. They switched us out to a minivan because they wanted a credit card and we didn’t bring anything but my bank card. Ruined the trip because we had to take two vehicles everywhere we went. I asked to escalate to a manager and the guy claimed he was the manager. Would not recommend. !!!

    Knows the airport better than you do, so trust what they say! It's a small airport, so you do not need to plan a long time for pickup. Very nice and professional.

    The attendant was late, I greeted him with good morning how are you today and was told well im not supposed to be here. Of course it didnt work out because I didnt have a piece of paper proving my address even though I'm literally flying in and out of new york. And am not currently working or paying utilities in Oregon but choose to keep my oregon residence. I think his name was Bailey but he was very rude, blamed me for having to be there after disrespecting my time by being late, and not wanting to rent to be because he wasn't supposed to be there that day.

    This is a great place to rent a car. The customer service is excellent and the vehicle I rented was more than adequate. I will be using Enterprise again when I need a rental car. Thank you for your excellent service 🙏
