- CLC LOct 8, 20261.0Our car isn’t working and broke down and they gave absolutely no solution for our issue and we are stuck here without any guidance as to what to do. They basically said there were “no more cars, sorry” and that was it. No other options, or timeline for anything as to what they could do for us. Have a back up plan for your customers and take better care of them. Poor quality service. Extremely unsatisfied.

- APApril Perez-CostelloJul 21, 20265.0We had a great experience with Enterprise rental car. The staff was friendly and helpful. And our car was perfect.
- JFJenn FreyJul 20, 20265.0Booking was easy, car was ready to go when I arrived after a smooth check in, issues were addressed immediately and car was nice quality. Customer service was courteous. Rental car experiences almost never go smoothly so I'm always appreciative when they do!
- TRThomas RamirezJun 27, 20261.0We came in on vacation from Houston. We reserved an SUV that seats 8. They switched us out to a minivan because they wanted a credit card and we didn’t bring anything but my bank card. Ruined the trip because we had to take two vehicles everywhere we went. I asked to escalate to a manager and the guy claimed he was the manager. Would not recommend. !!!
