If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We took our Mercedes in for a **FULL-SERVICE oil change** — and let’s really emphasize the words **FULL SERVICE**, because apparently they don’t understand what that means.
According to their own description, a full-service oil change includes checking and topping off fluids as needed and checking tire pressure. We paid nearly **$200** for this service, so we expected exactly that: the service we PAID for.
Instead, they changed the oil and apparently decided the rest of the “full service” was optional.
While we were sitting in the vehicle, my husband noticed the windshield washer fluid still needed to be topped off. We already knew it was nearly empty because the notification had been on for days, and he had personally checked it that morning.
My husband tells the employee that the fluid needs to be topped off.
The employee says, **“It’s full.”**
No, sir. It wasn’t.
He was looking at the drainage area in the plastic and had apparently never even opened the reservoir. My husband explained this to him, and instead of simply checking it, the employee caught an attitude and then proceeded to struggle for about **FIVE MINUTES** trying to figure out how to open it.
My husband offered to show him.
The employee then **SCREAMED** at him that only employees could do it.
Okay… then maybe the employee should know how to do it?
Eventually, he had to call over another employee for help. They finally got it open — and, surprise! — it was **almost bone dry.**
So much for “it’s full.”
Then came the tire pressure.
We specifically asked them to set the tires to **45 PSI**. Again, this was part of the service we had already paid for.
Guess what?
**The tire pressure had NEVER EVEN BEEN CHECKED.**
The employee continued to have an attitude while doing the most basic parts of the job we were literally paying him to do.
Fast-forward to today: our son takes our OTHER vehicle in for an oil change, and he is told by an employee that **our entire family is now 86’d from the business.**
Excuse me?
So let me get this straight: We pay nearly $200 for a **FULL-SERVICE** oil change, have to ask employees to actually perform the services advertised, calmly point out when something hasn't been done, and somehow WE are the problem?
Apparently asking employees to do the job we're paying them to do is grounds for being banned.
And I’ll be honest — given that we are the **only mixed-race family in the area**, I have a very difficult time believing the treatment we received was simply a coincidence. There is absolutely no other reasonable explanation for the hostility, the attitude, the screaming, and now banning our entire family.
If your definition of “customer service” is **do the bare minimum, get an attitude when the customer notices, and then ban them for expecting the service they paid for**, congratulations. You’ve perfected it.
This is absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.
I will be contacting **corporate** immediately and documenting this entire experience.
Businesses need to remember something: **customers aren't asking for favors when they expect you to provide the service they paid for.**

I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the way I was treated here.
During my visit, the technician working on my vehicle appeared to be brand new and was clearly struggling with basic parts of the service. He did not know how to open the hood, prop it up, or where to check the fluids. A supervisor stepped over to help at one point, but otherwise, he was largely left to figure things out on his own.
That was especially concerning because the vehicle directly in front of us also had an issue. After that customer drove away, staff realized an undercarriage cover had been left behind and had to flag her down so they could put it back on.
A mistake was then made with my vehicle. I discovered it three days later. When I returned and calmly and professionally explained what had happened, I was told I would have to pay $140 to correct their mistake—for a service I had not asked for, wanted, or needed until their mistake created the need for it.
Unfortunately, this was not my first issue here. On a previous visit, I specifically asked for a fluid to be filled. It was marked on the service sheet as completed, but it had not actually been done. I had to return the following week so they could correct it.
I completely understand that new employees need training and that mistakes happen. What I do not understand is allowing an inexperienced technician to work without adequate supervision and then refusing to take accountability when something goes wrong.
There was no apology, no meaningful effort to find a solution, and I was ultimately told to shop somewhere else if I wanted better service.
The mistakes themselves were frustrating, but the lack of accountability and the way I was treated afterward were far worse.
Buyer beware. I would strongly recommend checking your service paperwork carefully and verifying that the work marked as completed was actually done.
