I appreciated that, and I’d be more likely to use this location again when I’m in the area. The two technician approach was a throwback to simpler, better times. They worked in concert and knew what they were doing. They were respectful without being distracted and kept a quiet and quick cadence. I rarely write reviews, I felt I had the time since the whole full synthetic oil change on my F150 only took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Time to increase their hourly rate. Thank you. And did I forget to mention they were tidy and for the first time ever, no oil mess anywhere.

The only issue I have with the program, is that the one working under my truck noticed that there was a leak, but no one mentioned it to me and on the work order that was emailed to me. It only stated that there was a leak, doesn't say anything about the location or anything. I'll be going back to get another oil change and a radiator flush, and I'll mention that I'd like to be alerted of any problems. It was fast and convenient.
