  I stopped in, taking a chance that they might have time to fix my head light that was out. Dan said they could have it done in an hour and also offered an oil change, which I needed. I was visiting from Seattle and my friend from Waldport highly recommended I stop in on my way home. I’m glad I did! It was quick and easy, even had water for my dog. Icing on the cake, Dan replaced the battery in my fob, which I forgotten about! Thanks Dan!!

  John and the entire team at the Toyota of Newport were wonderful. They were incredibly helpful and patient. They let us look around for as long as we needed to and ask tons of questions. We were torn between two different cars, they provided thoughtful and insightful information for both which led us to making a decision we were comfortable with. This is definitely the place to come if you are looking for a relaxed and straightforward car buying experience.

  Had my scheduled 5,000 mile service on my bZ this morning and Toyota of Newport did a great job. Completed the work in 1/2 hour less than expected and gave me a detailed report on the check-up. Ray Bennet was efficient and pleasant. Will definitely be heading back!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience buying my Toyota Tacoma from Toyota of Newport in Newport, Oregon. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. A special shout-out to Jerry! The boss!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and made the entire buying experience enjoyable. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. On top of the great service, they had some of the best rates I found in Oregon, which made the experience even better. I’m extremely happy with my Tacoma and the deal I got. If you’re looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend Toyota of Newport—and definitely ask for April Poulsen in sales. Great people, great rates, and an all-around excellent buying experience. I’d absolutely buy from them again!
