  Toyota of Newport Oregon treated me very well. While on a road trip far from home, I got a flat tire on my Subaru, and they had the right tires! Furthermore, they installed 2 new tires within hours of bringing the car in. On top of that, they provided a shuttle service and picked me up 30 min. away! I was very impressed.

  I always have a great experience with the Service Department at Toyota of Newport. They’re ready to get you what you need-or think you need-with speed and concern. The best part is that if you tell the service dept folks to keep an eye out for cool stuff for your car, they will come up with something you didn’t know you wanted AND they can smooth it out with the domestic partners should there be questions or concerns from them. These folks are professionals and are really good at what they do. If you live on the Central Coast and drive Toyota vehicles this should be your service choice!

  Dan in service came to our rescue!! We thought we had a bad battery when our Yukon Denali would not start after stopping at the Post office. When we were waiting for AAA to come jump Start us my wife started looking for a shop to replace the battery. The Internet referred us to Newport Toyota and Dan said, we are short a service person today, but when you get here ask for me. An hour later when we showed up he got us in and it was only a loose battery cable. They checked the system and made sure our battery and charging system was in order. Told us no charge and sent us in our way. They are awesome!! Thanks Dan and your service department. P.s. we brought them some treats the next morning.

  The team got us in for a much-needed service on our Tundra without an appointment while we were on a long road trip home to Arizona. We truly appreciated their willingness to help and how quickly they got us back on the road. It gave us great peace of mind knowing our truck was ready for the rest of the journey. Excellent customer service—thank you!

  I called Toyota of Newport after being told by a local mechanic that my engine had a catastrophic failure in one of my cylinders. He didn't have a solution, other than to trash my vehicle. I wanted a second opinion and called Toyota of Newport. Dan, in the service department worked me into their busy Friday schedule, the very next morning (which amazed me). I had my car towed there and dropped it off for just a couple of hours. I got a call from Dan saying that they had located the problem...just a faulty spark plug! Their fee was very reasonable (only about a half hour labor and the cost of the spark plug!). Needless to say, I am extremely relieved that it was a simple fix, as I thought I was going to have to buy a new car or have a huge mechanical repair bill. Thanks so much, Toyota of Newport Service Department! I won't be going anywhere else for service on my Toyota again!
