Ken and the rest of the staff were initially very kind and helpful in the process of me purchasing my truck (my first solo car purchase). But, when I had to take my car in to get a bumper replaced after about a week of ownership through an unfortunate series of events, the collision center I used called me to inform me that there was a fair bit of rust on my truck (I live in Portland and rust isn't a huge problem here otherwise). Though I know that by nature of the truck being on the coast for 4 years rust could very well be a problem, and I did look around and under the truck prior to purchase, I don't know that I could've foreseen how extensive it was without having a mechanic on site inspect it with me. While I completely recognize that when I bought the truck the burden came on to me, when I reached out to Ken for some help, initially to see if Toyota could help even a bit with repair coverage, but ultimately to see if they even had recommendations of possible repairs shops, he was rather unhelpful and unapologetic. As stated, I do recognize a lot of this is on me to have been a more informed purchaser, but I'm not sure that there's a lot more information I could've gathered prior to purchase that would've helped the circumstance, and at the very least would have just appreciated if Ken took more concerted time to offer some support or advice. While, as stated, Ken and everyone else was initially very kind and helpful through the process, and certainly did make some parts of it extremely easy, I would approach a purchase cautiously depending on how old the car is and may especially recommend getting it inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase if at all possible.

Bill reached out to us about us selling our car on facebook marketplace and we ended up trading in our car. So easy and amazing to work with, not your average dealership, no sleezy salesmen just nice easy to work with people. If they reach out to you on marketplace to buy your car its legit!

Just moved to the area and needed a standard service for my RAV4. Not much they could do to get a negative review in this case as it was warranty service on a newer vehicle. Staff was friendly and courteous and they provided the service quickly.
One star deducted for the age and disrepair of the premises. The Toyota dealers I’ve been to in the past were newer, clean buildings with pristine lots. This looks like it was built in the 70s and although the buildings were in good shape, clean and nice, if aged, the lot was full of potholes and patches. I was told they are getting a new building soon, so hopefully this will include replacing the lot.
I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle here. April was willing to negotiate fairly and made the whole process feel transparent and stress-free. Communication was prompt from start to finish—they were quick to answer questions and kept me updated every step of the way. What really stood out was how they went above and beyond to help me pull off a surprise, which meant a lot and made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!

My buyer's remorse has nothing to do with the car and everything to do with the dealership. Recently bought a 2026 RAV4 from them (the only one I could find on a lot within a 200 mile radius of my home, because the vast majority are sold before they get on the lot due to some shortage), and thought I'd done good. Then came the execution of the deal. It was not the smoothest deal, but it was okay-right up until after the deal, when they didn't promptly refund a pretty large overpayment. I spoke with the finance guy last week about the $2200+ I had overpaid due to an error on their side of the deal. After I found him rude and unhelpful, I spoke with the manager. The manager said he'd get a check out promptly. After a week and no check or word from them, I called back. I was told they still hadn't cut a check.
The amount is not in dispute. They're just dragging their feet to get me my refund.
If I don't get a check next week, I'm filing a complaint with Oregon DOJ Consumer Protection.
