- SESophie EJul 25, 20245.0DJ came out to my RV and was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional with my water heater repair. He mentioned he is an RVIA certified master technician which is very impressive. I would absolutely call South Umpqua RV repair again and ask for DJ if he's available!
- CJCarolyn JohnsonApr 27, 20245.0Friendly informative. Work quality was good.
- KKKevinSep 26, 20235.0Steve took good care of our damaged cargo trailer. Thank you!
- KSKaren ScottJun 14, 20195.0I don't know who TJ is but we paid for the trailer service 3 weeks ago and it was done as we asked. There were far more than $50 in parts. Twisted Trailer does good, professional work. We asked him to use the supplies we had already as much as possible. The trailer was for our granddaughter and her 6 yr old daughter. There is no TJ there, so his opinion doesn't count. If he thinks he could do a better job, I challenge him to fix what he thinks is wrong. Then he can evaluate the work. He isn't even brave enough to list his real name- shame on you, TJ.
