  Always a positive experience at valvoline. Love that they track my cars maintenance needs and you can physically see what they’re working on so there isn’t any opportunity for shady business and unnecessary upselling.

  These folks went above and beyond. When they inspected the cabin air filter, they discovered a squirrel stash of walnuts and various food things which fell into the fan assembly. Jezzie reached in and pulled them out by hand while the rest of the service took place. They provided exceptional customer service and I would totally recommend them!

  The crew at Valvoline on Webster Rd is amazing! They do great, quick but careful work on all of my vehicles. Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for an oil change done right. Shout out to Evelyn, Jezzie and Brady who helped me today.

  Got support from Evelyn and Jezzie who made the process quick and painless. Clear communication from the get go, offered me suggestions but didn’t push it when declined, and kept me apprised of timelines. Have been coming here for years and will continue coming back in the future!

  Quick and accurate on timing if there is a line. They don't push anything on me. The give me several oil options each time and ask which I'd prefer but do indicate which one is best (full synthetic, which is correct for my car). They also ask if I want anything done: new wipers, wiper fluid, air for tires, filter replacement, battery, etc. But, they ask plainly without being annoying like Jiffy Lube does. Of course tire air and wiper fluid are free. They mentioned my battery could stand to be replaced once as well, which they were correct. They offered to replace it for an amount of money that wasn't crazy. I declined their services for that though and they didn't ask me again, which is nice.
