  The new employee only checked the air pressure on 3 tires. When I left there, I read 35psi on 3 of them, and 29 on one. Also, I was told that I needed to replace my battery. When I left, I had it checked by Autozone and Batteries Plus. Both told me I was at 101% with several years of life still on the battery. Was this a scare tactic to pressure me to buy a battery from you guys? Not impressed!!!

  I was shocked to roll up to the bay and within 10 mins have me driving away with my oil changed!! Speediest service ever, I had to go on my lunch break too so I still got a chance to eat. Thanks guys! Will be back!

  it's always very easy and professional. they try to up sell you at several points, but they're not obnoxious about it when you say no. the only glitch was that the phone service said I could get my serpentine belt replaced at this location (SE Webster in Milwaukie, OR) if I brought in the part. but this was not the case, they did not have the necessary tools. that's not this shop's fault, they're excellent

  My experience at this Valvoline could not have been better today. I pulled up and there was no waiting--a rarity to be sure. Colin checked me in and patiently walked me through my different options. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The other staff were as well. They took my coupon without issues. I was in and out in about 10 or 15 minutes or so. Thank you Colin and the other staff at Valvoline for making this a great experience today! See you in 5000 miles.
