  They were AMAZING. Outstanding experience today. The crew was fast, professional, and communicated clearly while I stayed right in the vehicle. The technician went completely out of his and her way to help me out with a couple of quick courtesy extras on the spot, saving me a ton of time and hassle. They handled the high-mileage full synthetic service cleanly with zero pushy upsells. Efficient, friendly, and truly top-tier customer service—definitely my go-to spot for drive-thru maintenance. I even went back to drop of some goodies for them as a thank you.

  The work was done quickly and the price was very reasonable. The cashier asked me if I had a coupon. I said yes and showed him the coupon that had been sent to me by text message. He then told me they don't take coupons, and when I started to put my phone away he started laughing as said he was joking. It made the interaction awkward, and I though it was very unprofessional for him to make me feel so uncomfortable on purpose as a joke.

  First time taking my car to Valvoline. Usually I take my car to the dealership for service. Service was quick and I felt like they did a good job. Jason took the time to answer my many questions so that I could understand what service was being offered and done. I didn't feel pressured when he recommended other service to be done. All the technicians seemed really nice.
