We needed to rent a car for a quick California trip. I have never had such a smooth and easy experience in both picking up the car and dropping it off. All staff i had interactions with were phenomenal. If we are in need of a rental again we will definitely be back.

Extremely disappointed this time around... I rented a car from them about a month ago, and the refundable Deposit was $50... I rented a car from them again, and the Deposit was $200... ABSOLUTELY insane... This put some major hiccups in my plans... The kid couldn't even explain to me why the deposit rate literally quadrupled since my last rental... Don't get me wrong, I love this location and the staff are amazing, so is the ease of renting a car from them... But to go from a $50 Deposit to a $200 Deposit, is seriously insane to me 😅😭 Extremely disappointed, the next time I look for a Rental it probably won't be with Enterprise, as much as I love this location I cannot immediately afford a $200 Deposit everytime I rent with them... I'm sad to say I will be looking elsewhere in the next month or so, when looking for another rental car..

Very friendly and professional staff. They picked me up at my home since my car was being repaired. Car was in pristine shape and the staff took time to show me all the important features of the car. I highly recommend the Gladstone Enterprise Car Rental.

After I had a car accident, my insurance company (USAA) and Enterprise worked seamlessly together to get me into a rental car. The process took less than 3 hours, including the wait time for them to come get me from the scene. Everyone was very nice. Well done!
