  Had a great experience renting from the Gladstone enterprise. The young man that helped me was very polite and showed me around the car to make sure I knew how to work it. The car was buried and they had it out in a matter of 2 minutes so I could get going. I also was able to drive off in the car type that I had reserved. I wasn’t forced into an upgrade like most other car rental places. This is my 4th time using this enterprise location. I will continue to drive out of my way to rent my car from this location.

  Nick provided truly exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to make our experience with Enterprise smooth and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure we had exactly what we needed. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and made everything quick and easy. What really stood out was his willingness to go the extra mile without us even having to ask. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with such kindness and respect. Nick’s outstanding service made a lasting impression, and because of him, we’ll definitely choose Enterprise again. Thank you, Nick, for setting the standard for excellent customer service!

  The guy there was very nice. He helped my dad pick out a nice car to rent. The inside of the store is also nice and has brochures for their car-selling program.

  On board electrical failure of the steering mechanism of the Jeep Wagoneer resulted in the car being unable to drive including a failure that occurred while trying to enter a busy highway and secondly at an intersection., both of which placed us in an unsafe situation. I like Enterprise, including purchasing 2 vehicles from them, but I would discourage one from renting a Jeep, although I own an earlier model that I have been very satisfied with.

  I was directed to this Enterprise by the Enterprise in Portland after I had a bad encounter because they had no cars on the 10th. Geico had made an appointment for me to pick up a rental. Portland Enterprise called me on the 10th after I left without a car to set up a pick up from my apartment to this Enterprise for the 11th @2pm. This Enterprise called me at 3pm on the 11th to tell me they had no cars for me and offered no help at all. Two days of both Portland and this Enterprise not having cars has made me never want to use Enterprise. Should’ve went with Hertz when Geico recommended them on the 10th after not getting a car. I would recommend telling Geico your choice of car rental instead of using Enterprise because it’s associated with Geico.
