  From scheduling to finished service everyone at the Safelite facility was courteous and efficient. Did a great job repairing my windshield. Price was reasonable and the work done was certainly worth it. Definitely recommend.

  Booking online is ridiculously easy. My appointment and friendly, prompt service went smoothly leaving me a clean, new rear window on my Tacoma and a cleanly vacuumed inside. Even though the install took a bit longer than projected, overall I am impressed enough to use them again.

  I had a Crack in my windshield and it needed to be replaced I went to Safelite and they found my information called my insurance company set up appointment the next git in replaced my windshield did all the safety codes. Kathy at the Medford Oregon location was beyond helpful did the looking and calling for me and truly a great experience for me. Thank you Kathy and the Medford team. Dale Powell

  I have an old Land Rover and was pleasantly surprised that the windshield was in stock. The shop was booked up but let me drop off my vehicle and they would work on it in between jobs. Drop off was 9:30 AM and promised to have it out by 4:30 PM. Had me on the road by 3PM. Kathy Backes (customer advocate) was courteous and professional and walked me through my insurance claim. Louis Merino (master tech) appeared to truly care about my vehicle and his work was flawless. In a time where customer service and craftsmanship have waned, Safelite here in Medford, OR, seems to make it their standard.

  I would have your glass replaced literally anywhere else. I’m not one to write reviews—in fact, I’ve never left a negative review—but after dealing with Safelite for over two months, I’m hoping this saves someone else the headache I’ve experienced. To make a very long story short, Safelite replaced my windshield and, in the process, severely scratched the hood of my vehicle, resulting in approximately $1,200 in damage. I took my vehicle to the body shop Safelite recommended for an estimate, and what should have been a straightforward process has turned into more than 60 days of trying to get Safelite to pay for the damage they caused. The body shop they referred me to has since told me they refuse to do business with Safelite, so the payment has to go through me. Since then, I’ve been given the never-ending runaround by multiple Safelite employees—people who seem to do everything possible to avoid answering calls, returning emails, or actually resolving the issue. Most recently, I was told I would have to sign a release before they would issue payment. The release includes language I have serious concerns about, particularly regarding my ability to speak publicly about my experience. I’m certainly not comfortable signing away my ability to leave an honest review in exchange for payment for damage that Safelite caused in the first place. It has now been over two months, and I’m still trying to get reimbursed for damage caused during a windshield replacement. If you want to avoid unnecessary damage to your vehicle, weeks of frustration, and having to chase a company for months just to get them to address the consequences of their own work, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of glass companies out there—save yourself the headache.
