  I always rent a car through Avis or Budget through my company. The one time I rent a car from these guys I picked it up at 11 PM at night and didn’t take photos but heard a weird noise went on the highway. I had business meetings that I needed to go to, so I was unable to go back to the airport. Two days later after doing no damage to the car, I dropped it off And told the Portland airport that it was driving really weird since I first got it and then I get a notice in the mail letting me know that I caused almost $2000 worth of damage. These guys are a complete joke, and I will never rent from them again. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if they had just let me dispute it, but I didn’t take any photos at 11 PM so here I am $2000 out-of-pocket.

  I loved how easy pick-up and drop-off was. Everything went very smoothly, and allowed me to get on my way quickly.

  Medford, OR is a small/medium airport with multiple rental options. National was quick to check in with rental lot located adjacent to airport within walking distance. Return was a breeze with someone stationed in the parking lot to process returns. No Emerald aisle, but for an airport this size, wouldn’t expect one. Would utilize again.
