  Medford, OR is a small/medium airport with multiple rental options. National was quick to check in with rental lot located adjacent to airport within walking distance. Return was a breeze with someone stationed in the parking lot to process returns. No Emerald aisle, but for an airport this size, wouldn’t expect one. Would utilize again.

  Customer service was great. Had to go to the counter to get a rental but it's a smaller airport.

  Exceptional customer service from the moment I checked in to returning the car. Strongly recommend using National. We had a great trip to the Redwood forest.
