  I bought a Kia Sportage plug in hybrid and couldn’t be happier. The staff at Medford Kia are all very friendly and helpful; but especially our salesman Hunter! He made the process easy, fun and he is very knowledgeable. Also a big Portland Trailblazer fan!! He went to bat for me on getting a really good deal. Thank you Hunter for your hard work. You’re the best!

  Hunter was absolutely fantastic to work with! He made the entire car-buying process easy, smooth, and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. I never felt pressured, and he took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. If you’re looking for a great car salesman who goes above and beyond for his customers, I highly recommend Hunter at Kia Medford. Five stars all the way!

  I am currently going through one of the hardest times in my life, and Scott Witter was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. He helped me resolve an issue that was extremely difficult for me to push through on my own. He made the process feel much less overwhelming and never made me feel pressured. I would absolutely recommend going to Scott Witter. He will help guide you through the process with kindness, understanding, and without adding any unnecessary pressure during an already difficult time.

  Super Star Salesman Scott witter was very helpful and made us feel comfortable in trusting Kia's team. They fit us into the payment plan we could afford with warranty,oil changes, etc. great deal and great service from the whole team!!!

  If I could give no stars I would. It pains me that this is the closest Kia dealership to my residence. I have purchased two Kia’s from other dealerships that are 4 hours farther away from my home. I did that after visiting KiaMedford/Butler Kia first both times. I don’t know why I bothered the second time (I suppose out of convenience) but I won’t be making that mistake ever again. I think I might just drive the extra hour to Eugene for by brand new Kia’s (thank you Weston Kia) routine maintenance, oil changes and servicing so that I never have to come back here and give them any of my time or money. If you want to be treated like you’re stupid and have someone take advantage of you then I definitely recommend you come here, otherwise go any place else.
