  I was supposed to return my vehicle on a Friday, the insurance company (USAA) informed me that due to a hiccup on there end, they will be extending my rental until the following Monday. Not even an hour later I received a call from an employee down at enterprise telling me the same thing that USAA had extended my rental until the following Monday. Well, come Monday first thing in the morning I receive a phone call from that same employee from enterprise stating that I was supposed to return my car on Friday and that I now have to pay out of pocket for the extended days. Little did this employee know, ALL of my phone calls are audio recorded, this right here is a prime example of why I record all of my calls. Not at all satisfied with the customer service I received. Definitely DO NOT recommend.

  I rented a truck here from Luke. I had to haul some trailers back from Portland and I couldn’t have done it without this truck. I’m very happy with the service. Everything went great and I will be using them again in the future. I also recommend this place to anybody that needs to rent a truck to haul anything

  The guys at the Grant's Pass and the Medford downtown branch are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Even though I didn't get in the car I wanted, they got me in a nice van and were very helpful from start to finish. Thank you Rylee at Medford and Grants Pass crew! P.s. get more SUVs! -Jessica
