  They were very helpful with getting the rental car. Joshua was very considerate for our needs and it went very well. Would recommend them anytime for a rental. Thank you Enterprise!!!

  A great place to get a car Riley came and picked us up from the truck stop right before they closed and Colby made sure we were not on foot I really appreciate everything they did for us

  I've rented from here several times. The team is always friendly and helpful. When I rented recently on a holiday weekend, they were slammed with a rush of customers and only two employees to help them all and take phone calls. Even when some customers were upset or impatient, Emiliano and Samantha were calm, efficient, and professional.

  I was supposed to return my vehicle on a Friday, the insurance company (USAA) informed me that due to a hiccup on there end, they will be extending my rental until the following Monday. Not even an hour later I received a call from an employee down at enterprise telling me the same thing that USAA had extended my rental until the following Monday. Well, come Monday first thing in the morning I receive a phone call from that same employee from enterprise stating that I was supposed to return my car on Friday and that I now have to pay out of pocket for the extended days. Little did this employee know, ALL of my phone calls are audio recorded, this right here is a prime example of why I record all of my calls. Not at all satisfied with the customer service I received. Definitely DO NOT recommend.
