  I am writing this review for the Medford Airport Location. I have been a dedicated Enterprise customer for over 20 years. I travel frequently for work and continually find all locations to be the best in customer service. On a recent family trip to Medford we rented a car for a family event. The car ended up having some issues with it that impeded our trip. When I spoke with the staff member who answered my call to share my concerns they were very empathetic and promised to have the manager give me a call in less than 10 minutes. I apologize that I do not remember the manager's name, but she called me back in less than 10 minutes- and absolutely exceeded my expectations with her response. In a world of call centers, phone systems and insincere conflict resolution - she provided care and she listened. More corporate companies should take note of this personal response and exceptional resolution. I will continue to prioritize using Enterprise whenever possible. I will also continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful car rental experience.

  Called made a reservation to pick up a car, we agreed on a toyota corolla, they had took Uber to get to enterprise. Then, I was told they don't have any cars. , the people that work at enterprise told us the people that schedule the reservations work off a commission and even if they know there's no cars, they will still reserve a car. That's not there for you. And that we should complain to the corporate office.That's crazy

  Made an online reservation, came in and left the counter with car keys in hand in less than 15 minutes. Clerks were friendly but no-nonsense, very efficient, and did not drown me in waves of paperwork. Car was reasonably clean and worked well (though not the model that I requested) and my one-way return at PDX was super-smooth as well. One of my smoother rental car experiences.
