  Charged $106 for 3/4 tank on a 12 gallon tank. The bigger lady manager is rude as heck everyone else nice she sucks!

  I can't say enough good words about these folks working at enterprise. Sherry was up at 6 AM when I dropped off my vehicle and had a huge smile on her face as I walked away with my bag. The nicest lady. I had left a notebook in the center council and Teresa, or Tess, was so kind and took photos of each page for me and sent it to me to my personal cell phone. The highest quality service I can think of. These two ladies are incredible employees. Cheers to you women!

  Canceled my reservation the day of. Wasn’t even apologetic. Didn’t offer any solutions or help. They also own Alamo and National the only other rental places at the airport. Stranded in Medford.

  I recently experienced a fraud at this Enterprise location at Medford airport. The first picture is the screenshot of my original reservation online. The total price is $687.68. I paid this amount upon my arrival at the airport by using my phone to check-in. However, the story started to go downhill when I went to the counter and talked to Alissa. She was polite, but she requested me to pay with another credit card. I questioned that. She said if I would like to use my original payment, I could switch back when I returned the car. Later I noticed the reason of her weird request. Because she voided my original payment of $687.68 and sneakily charged a higher price of $918.22 (shown in the second screenshot). She knew that I was gonna return the car at Redding, thus I wouldn’t go back to Medford and have them fix it. Trying to cover what she did, she told me a copy of receipt would be sent to my email when I asked for a printed copy. As soon as I found it out, it was already the second day morning. I called them immediately. Their response was to have me waiting and the customer service would call me. No surprise. No call-back at all for 5 days during which I had contacted them 4 times myself, and every time I got the same response. I think that’s the way they sneakily steal your money if you don’t pay close attention to check each items one by one when picking up your car. And they just ignore your request of adjustment when the rental is still active. Once you return the car, your credit card is charged and they make it extra hard for the customer to get the problem fixed

  This 5-star review is for Sherie Howard return agent at Medford airport. My family was on a road trip from San Diego to Seattle, we had an unexpected object fly into the grill of our rented minivan. We always get the extra LDW coverage (murphy’s law coverage) and Sherie was kind, compassionate and extremely helpful, she worked with her manager to find us another minivan at a nearby location to swap out so we could continue on our trip. Thank you Sherie for going above and beyond for us, we appreciate you and Enterprise for looking out for your customers.
