They were able to schedule me for the same day and did my alignment. The tech explained a few things to me and they also checked my battery. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into buying anything with them like I have felt at other locations in the past.

The service at Gills was very quick. I dropped my car off at 1 with no appointment, the man said he’d likely have it done around 5pm. To my suprise I received a call at 3:20 saying it was ready for pick up. I would definitely recommend this tire shop to anyone who is needing their tires serviced.
What a great experience when I asked Gill’s to check for a leak in one of my tires. They quickly found a nail and fixed it for no charge! Wow! I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!
I brought a tire in for a patch, and after 2 and a 1 hours, they determined that it had a sidewall puncture as well. And I needed a new tire. The new tire was three hundred and eighty five dollars, for a b f goodrich all terrain. Wouldn't be until the next day I left the rim. So that they could have it already on the rim. When I arrived the next day, she said it was going to be a total of 508. I questioned a $123 for mounting and balancing one tire
And said if it was going to be a long time, I would just take it home and put it on the vehicle myself. But for a $123, it seems like I should get something. She said she would go into the garage and check. How long as soon as she went through? The door she told the other manager. Do you wanna go deal with this m***********? At which point I confronted her they decided to take off some of the charges, and I just took my tire and left. I hadn't cussed at her or anything else. I just questioned a hundred and twenty three dollars for mounting, and balancing one tire and said I would never come there again to buy a set because over four or five hundred dollars for mounting, and balancing would be ridiculous, and I will just go somewhere else. But to refer to a customer that's just questioning seems to be excessive charges by any kind of a derogatory name, is it really a good business model? I will not recommend your company to anybody
I wasn't planning on telling this story, but this is the third time you've asked for my review.
Update:
Since this review, they contacted me and the store is going to receive training on customer service and the huge markup was a warranty that wasn't explained to me. The labor for a tire is $
26 dollars the rest was warranty out of the total so to break it down it was $508 total $386 for the tire $6 for disposal and the rest warranty which at $90 dollars would have forgone.

From the time that I called and spoke to Chris, the manager on getting a tire quote, to the time I went into the store and spoke to Chris (not manager) and Chris - manager, I was treated with respect and knew that they would give me the best deal they could. I have been a life long supporter of another company- 43- years and am so glad I changed . Will get my future business for sure.
