  From the first day I went in to get a quote for a new set of tires, to the day I actually went in and got the tires installed it was a very nice experience. People were knowledgeable and interested helping as to decision making and answering any questions.

  I had an awesome experience with Point S in McMinnville getting new tires installed on my Mustang. Chris went above and beyond from start to finish, making sure I was taken care of and that my financing option was seamless, fair, and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customer experience. Hunter also treated my car with a ton of respect and was completely honest during the inspection process, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no upselling, just straight-up professionalism and good service. It’s hard to find shops you can truly trust with your car, especially when you care about it, but these guys absolutely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend Point S in McMinnville if you want quality work and people who actually give a damn.

  As a customer for 42 years I have also been happy with my service until the other day. Josh happily looked at my car & got it fixed right away. He said thank you as always. When I went into the office to pay the energy was a different story. The CSR at the the front desk was in a way. No greeting & no thank you. Didn't even remember my name. That is why I gave a 4
