  Twice now after purchasing tires from here I’ve booked appointments with this place and been completely refused service. The guy in line ahead of me received service right away..did he have an appointment?? The fact that the guy working this afternoon refused to repair my tire after telling me it had no hole so then it should be able to be fixed easily right? Then a few minutes later he comes back to tell me they just found the hole in the shoulder and it can’t be repaired?? The worst service I’ve experienced from any tire place. Won’t return.

  Honestly I was skeptical to go to just any mechanic. I figured I would try Gills mainly because they take SNAP loans. Very nice program, but different topic. Gills gave me a quote for tires and promised to call with a quote on my appointment day. I was beyond impressed when they quoted me a great price. They told me what was needed and what wasn't. Knowing that they weren't going to just charge me for whatever they could. I felt they were honest and decently priced. I will go back and will recommend them to family and friends.
