- EVEric VanDykeSep 24, 20265.0Our rental agent went above and beyond to get our rental vans ready for us. She was the only one on staff that day, so she had to clean the cars as well as process the rentals. She was extremely busy, but got everything done in a very professional manner with a smile on her face. Definitely deserves a promotion.
- KRKim RichardsSep 17, 20265.0The customer service was friendly and helpful. They worked with my insurance and body shop to make it very convenient for me.
- SBStephan BeldingSep 12, 20261.0I reserved a luxury car several days before pickup. Upon arrival I was informed the car had not been returned. The available vehicles were not acceptable, even with a lower price. I was also told that there would be a $200 Refundable deposit charge to my credit card. I let Shawn the agent know that I had never paid a deposit before as I was an executive club member. He informed me that McMinnville is not part of that group and therefore does not accept executive club members. I refused the rental. My issue was with the agent. He was condescending, used inappropriate language, and treated me very poorly. I hope this gets to the appropriate people because this is not the first time I’ve heard Enterprise/ McMinnville has treated their customers like this. As an executive club member I expected not to be treated in such a way.
