  *BE WARNED* I would have given zero stars if I could. After getting my oil changed, my engine started to make a rattle noise. After some research, I checked the oil level and discovered that it was over filled by a lot. I would advise anyone that cares about their vehicle to stay far away from this place. Update: I’m giving Valvoline 3 stars now. They did respond to my complaint and offered a free oil change. The three stars is because I had to drive my vehicle to the Valvoline shop even after I sent a picture showing how much oil was in my engine. The same picture was sent to a mechanic that said he had never seen that much oil in an engine and advised me not to drive it. I explained this and was still expected to drive my vehicle. I have attached a picture of the dipstick to show how much oil was in my engine.

  I’m from out of town and had to stop and get an oil change on my vacation. I was blown away by this team, their kindness, and the respect. You could tell the team liked working together and there was a great culture built. To be honest, it was a very impressive experience, and one I’ve never had working with any mechanic or car service.

  My sister and I had really been needing an oil change so when we saw some of the workers waving some signs outside on our way through to town it was finally our time to stop by on a Sunday afternoon! They were able to take us right away and were out of there in under 20 minutes! Cody and Ian were both so professional and communicative during the whole encounter! Those two have some good heads on their shoulders and we appreciated the speed while being attentive to the details :-)

  Took my diesel truck in, the kids they had trying to work on my truck had not a single clue of what they were doing. Definitely will not go in if they don’t have the experienced guys working. The experienced guy did my fuel filter, then told the other kid to spray off the filter housing. I had to get out of the truck to show him where it was so he didn’t just spray random things under the hood. Then the kid has the balls to tell me “ customers can’t get out of their vehicles even to show us something” well if you were properly trained and knew what you were doing I wouldn’t have had to get out to show you. On top of that, he opened my air filter housing and left it unlatched. To top that all off the kid is trying to sell me services that my truck doesn’t need, “ your air filter is dirty” mind you the air filter is 2 weeks old with maybe 200 miles on it. I shouldn’t have to double check everything that has been done for a very simple and basic service. Definitely will not be returning unless the experienced guys are there. And just because a girl in her car shows up doesn’t mean that all the work on my vehicle should stop so that you can fast track her car though. Honestly very disappointing.
