  Super squeaky brakes on a coastal trip from San Diego up the Oregon coast led me to Gill's. Needless to say, I was passing through and was looking for a shop to accommodate my time schedule. And they did! I was in and out in less than hour. Woot Woo! And the recommendation for lunch across the street was spot on! Thank you Eddie and team for caring about my needs!

  **UPDATE**. After posting my issue the Manger Troy reached out to me to apologize for the experience that I had had and refunded me the money. I am genuinely surprised and extremely happy that they were willing to make this right. I believe the new management and new employees are much better and understanding than the old ones. So I'm updating this and my rating because they made this right even though it had been so long. Thank you Troy and the Point S team for making this a much better experience!! Had a clicking noise so went to point S. The old manager and mechanic ( that are no longer there) said it was the tension pulley so they replaced that and belt. Cost was around $350. As I was leaving the parking lot I could still hear the clicking noise so went back in and now they said it's the timing chain and they couldn't hear that click over the pulley. Was going to cost about $1360. I'm on disability and it took me about 2 years to finally save enough money to get it done. Point S said they couldn't do the work. So I went to aamco and they quoted me $1400 ish. So about the same. Took my car in for the work and after they (aamco) looked at it they said it was the tension pulley ( which was in the timing chain kit) so they replaced that and no more clicking. So short version point S screwed me out of $350ish and we're trying to screw me out of $1360. Definitely won't be going back to them.

  I went in for an oil change and tire rotation at this lebanon location. They ended up losing 3 of the screws that hold the skid plate on my 2016 Acura TLX and 2 of the valve stem caps to the front wheels. I discovered this 1 week after my oil change because my skid plate fell of as I was driving. When I called to tell them what happened they send a young man to attempt to fix it with zip ties from the inside of the wheel well and around the front tire. He was unsuccessful. I then drove to the shop after he ripped it completely off. The 2 men working in the front wouldn't even look in my direction did not even an apologize for their mistake. THEN I found out they used 4 zip ties again because 3 weeks later it fell off and this time I was in Albany. They luckily helped me out and apologized for the Lebanon store. I didn't get my money back or even an offer for buying new replacement screws or valve stem covers. Needless to say please avoid this location.
