I went to Gils for a oil change and try to explain about me steering being weird. I thought it felt weird. They recommended doing a tire rotation and possibly a front end alignment. I took it back after paying and drove up to Bend. I couldn't be happier. My squirrely steering problem is gone and I'm back to being a happy camper. My grandson had told me that they were awesome and boy was he ever right. Thanks a million to all of you!!

Dude u guys. If u want some great tires and a great experience go here. We got tires for two trucks and steer tires on our rv and we didn’t break the bank. They were super friendly and soo understanding. I would go here every time to get tires

Went in for several things, coolant drain and fill, oil change, brake service, transmission drain and fill. I worked with Patrick, he was able to squeeze me in last minute. The crew here is extremely professional, up front and honest, courteous and got me on my way quickly. The price, was a lot better than I expected! I've been to many shops for services (see above) and have not had this level of service before. I'm very blown away! I'll be back for future needs and will definitely recommend this shop.

I was told by another place that the screw in my tire was in the side wall (it wasn’t) and that it could not be fixed. I was told that since I have an all wheel drive car I would have to buy a whole new set of tires and could not just get one. Thank goodness I had a spare I could put on to get to Point S or I would not have been able to leave the other place without buying all new tires. I called up Point S and spoke with the manager Patrick who said he could fix it so I drove over to them and they had it fixed in less than 30 mins. Everyone was so nice there. I have zero complaints. You guys have definitely got a new customer with me and my family. Thank you for saving me hundreds of dollars I didn’t even need to spend. You all rock
