- RERhonda EdwardsAug 20, 20261.0This place was not very user friendly...I went to do laundry 1 washer 3 dryers And of course the washer is out of order. My question is why 3 dryers and 1 washer. I went out and asked and Kevin the manager was rude as hell. Telling me its not their problem the washer and dryers belong to a third party and washer has been broke for months. As the manager why hasnt he inquired to.have it fixed and replace one dryer for another washer. But no. He was sarcastic and rude finding his reason to be acceptable Well Kevin its not acceptable. Then I thought I would get a shower after I couldn't do laundry. But no once again I was told it was a 2 to 3 hour wait. Forget it. This place is only good for taking a nap at. If you are a driver and need a real truck stop either stop before cabbage or after .. whichever direction you are headed and go to the arrowhead truckstop. Clean friendly and has laundry. Showers and good food options. Pass by flying j in Le grande Or. I guarantee youll be treated better than Kevin the manager will treat you.

- AMAndrew MedWedAug 14, 20261.0Я очікую своєї черги біля 4 годин, а вони запускають людей без неї, які просто сидять в залі очікування…Цей Пілот працює по схемі набрати чим побільше водіїв, цим самим збільшують час очікування на душ, при цьому душові стоять пустими, водіям набридає очікувати і вони їдуть далі, заробіток Пілота на рівному місці, адже не використаний душ тобі ніхто не повертає, тим паче кошти…схема чудова, на жаль страждають водії, які розраховують на сервіс, хороше відношення, а мають тільки розчарування….
- WBWilliam BradleyAug 11, 20261.0Another Oregon gas station that doesn't clean or replace their gas pump filters. The pumps are Soooo freaking slow. Waiting in line and then trying to pump my gas took forever. I stopped pumping at only 10 gallons, I had been there for over 30 minutes. The responsible person or persons should be fired. Is this an Oregon thing? This is one of two stations I've stopped at in Oregon with excessively slow pumps. I can't wait to get out of this state.

What sucks when you're trying to get off the fuel island cause you gotta wait for the trucks alongside you to get out of the way. Which makes it a pain. When you get those truck, drivers would like to take their break the fuel islands
