  They charged me more than usual, and quite frankly, more than I've ever been charged for an oil change in my entire life...and they did considerably less work than usual. Last time I went to Valvoline in KF, and other times, at various US locations, they check lights, brakes, horn, air filter, maybe more. This time they (hopefully) changed my oil, and checked tire pressure. They told me my car's leaking oil but they couldn't determine where it was coming from. And that's it. $95 for synthetic blend. Next time I'll shop around for somewhere new.

  I've always received great service at Valvoline and have been bringing all my vehicles there for years. Unfortunately, that changed today. I was in last week for a fluid top-off while waiting to get paid. Shortly after, my oil light came on, so I returned. The attendant working the top/computer had a very unpleasant attitude and acted like I was an inconvenience just for being there. My bill was $104. I handed him $105 and never received my change—just the attitude. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking for the dollar he owed me. Given how much oil changes cost these days, and the fact that I was the only car there, I expected a better experience. I will definitely be taking my vehicles elsewhere from now on.

  Amazing service as always honest workers let me know what I needed to fix on my off time I had a small oil leak at my pan that needed to be re sealed very quick and efficient technicians. I will continue to bring my truck in for the services thanks!

  Pretty good. I appreciated how the crew was working together with their call outs. At other places I'm often concerned that someone's not gonna tighten something or something stripped or busted.
