  Very disappointed with my experience at the Klamath Falls, Oregon location. I made a rental reservation online and received a confirmation, only to arrive and be told there was no car available. I was told they had attempted to contact me, but I never received a call. This caused us to delay our trip and make other arrangements. When I called about getting a car later, I was told there were already 12 people ahead of me with reservations made 1–2 weeks in advance. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and customer service. I never received an apology, and I was repeatedly told that they had asked the organization to shut down online reservations because no cars were available. If there were no vehicles, customers should not have been allowed to make confirmed reservations in the first place. Very disappointing experience.

  This review is about the company reservation practice, not specific to the local branch. I made a reservation online and guess what, no car was actually available. Crappy business model to tell client a car is reserved when there is no car available. You've wasted my time going to pickup a car that is not available. You can do better.

  Excellent guy, Michael, the nicest smartest person. Very friendly and considerate. I had an excellent car clean and beautiful. Never had to really do anything but get in and drive. I hope to get to use them again someday. THANKS ENTERPRISE !
