  Jose was extremely helpful, I just recently bought a new car and am going on a road trip and wanted to be prepared ahead of time. Wonderful customer service! Very thorough and kind. Highly recommend :)

  Survey Comment: Friendly, Helpful service. Presented other options without being real pushy. Came to inform me where things were and how much was left to be done since I was in a hurry. This is the third time I have come in and will continue to do so. I can do the same work at home on my own car but this saves me a lot of time. Also appreciate the coupons and reminders Im getting to upkeep my 20+ old vehicle.

  Got an oil change here at the Keizer location on 8/8/2026 on my car and they were nice and super quick but I always check the work when I get home just for piece of mind and I noticed the oil filter was covered in oil and dripping a little bit and the filter was a little lose, I’m not sure if it was lose enough to leak or if it was just oil residue but this is regardless poor work on the tech. The only reason I have a lube shop change the oil is so that I have a paper record of oil changes cause my car is still under warranty otherwise I would do it myself. Also getting greasy finger prints on the air filter when you check it is just rude, Put on some clean gloves or at least wipe them off before you grab a white air filter, You can actually see the grease smear on the air filter.
