  Never had issues with them. However, this summer I went and had a transmission flush done and they only put the transmission pan on finger tight for the screws. Ended up leaking 4 quarts or more of transmission fluid. Luckily I caught it before my transmission went out. Will not be using them again.

  The Love they have for their Customers was terrific. Especially the manager Joey, I think that was his name on River Road, Oregon Kaiser.

  stopped by for an oil change. service techs were attentive and helpful. service was prompt and timely. Trevor was a big help. thank you valvoline team. oil change and filters ran me up a bill of over $150. price is fair.

  I went on for an oil change, ended up purchasing the transmission flush as it was due and my car has high mileage and been sounding a little rough lately. I also purchased 2 license plate light bulbs that they were able to quickly install for me. The staff were very amicable and happy to answer any questions I had. The manager (possibly asst manager) went above and beyond and helped find a solution as to why I was no longer receiving coupons either by mail, email or text but had been getting all of my daughters receipts and coupons as well as her partner’s coupons. It was like I am no longer offered anything since theirs started coming to my email and address for whatever reason. We all drive, all use Valvoline for our car maintenance services and we all have our own emails but somehow they mixed everything up. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received in the Keizer Oregon location.
