  Very professional and friendly guys. I bought a groupon for oil change and tire rotation. They send you reminder texts and It was actually a great deal for what I paid with fast service. The gentleman working the service counter was very nice. This isnt some back alley shady car place so I felt safe.

  Always good service. They were able to get my car back to me the same day. Communicated what they found & replaced as well as showing the parts. Knowledgeable & friendly staff. Trinity stands behind their work.

  I had some damage to my cars axle from a rock. These guys took care of us quick and at super reasonable price. All of the folks were friendly and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend giving them a call before going somewhere else.

  I asked them to test my alternator and PMIC. I provided diagnostic reports from the check engine light upon drop off to ensure there wasn't confusion. Instead, they charged me for an hour of work and didn't test the alternator or the PMIC, but the battery instead. They then charged me around 1.5x retail price plus labor to install the battery after they already "worked" an hour to test it, which I didn't request or authorize. They told me they could have it done in 2-3 hours but took almost 11 hours. When I initially dropped it off employee handled my phone and checked some boxes and told me I needed to initial and accept. They then used as informed "consent" to authorize work I didn't ask for and hold my vehicle. They further waited till the last second before the shop closed for 4 days to inform me of the needed repairs, so either I authorized them without fully reviewing or I don't have a car for the next 4 days. I need to work tomorrow and they already cost me a half a days wages today, and shop will close before I can have the car towed elsewhere. Them telling me 2-3 hours for completion on drop off, then waiting almost 9 hours right a engineered a situation where id suffer substantial financial loss if I contest or even review charges. Also since they took an hour to test my battery they say I already owe nearly $200 even if I wanted to just have it towed off the lot. Lastly, they seem to charge around a 50% premium over retail value on parts, not including billable hours, and the hours billed seem highly dubious to me. Will be reviewing my rights and options under both Oregon's Unlawful Trade Practices Act and the ADA

  The system they use when you are approving service is very in detail and easy to decline things you don't want. Employees are kind and very transparent, even recommending places just so I can get faster service. My Nissan Altima 2019 was in and out of that shop quickly and the advice they gave was great.
