The new manager at this location is doing an excellent job of treating the customer like they really matter. This is what I experienced, no question was dismissed or ignored. I will only go to this location for my oil change

Friendly kind staff and very helpful. Everyone did a great job changing my oil and replacing cabin air filter.

I have to honestly say, this location is super inconsistent, and I’ve had enough poor service experiences that I won’t use them again. That may be partially due to the high turnover rate, but the last time I was there, the attendant hastily almost slammed the hood shut without replacing the large plastic cover that sits on top of the engine, which, if I hadn’t seen it, would have smashed it. Lots of small experiences like that.
