  My experience with them was amazing I called they set me up with a same day appointment to get all four of my tires replaced. They got me in and out of place within an hour of bringing my car there. They are knowledgeable and had an amazing staff! They will always get my business.

  Such a great experience at Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service! I stopped in today for a tire rotation and they were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. They got me taken care of quickly and made the whole experience so easy. It’s always refreshing to come across a business with genuinely great customer service and people who go out of their way to help. I really appreciated how well they treated me and will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Six Months ago, James inspected my Brakes. Rather than simply telling me that they were "Fine", he explained to the truck "shimmied" while breaking. He said that while the breaks are getting closer to being replaced there is no need at this time "from a safety prospective". He told me to bring them back anytime, and they were happily re-check. It was at that point I made the decision to use Gil's Point S to repair my brakes.

  The person who waited on me was rude to me a woman. He was very nice to the gentleman behind me. When I went to pick Up my car, they tried to hand me the wrong keys when I explained that they weren’t my keys. He was not very helpful. They had the wrong set of keys in the shop and had left my car key on the dash when I ask, ask what head punctured a tire he very rudely and said he didn’t know it was just a puncture

  6 stars! Stoked! One star beyond exceptional. I don't know how many can claim a positive flat tire experience... but from start to finish, Point S and its crew (Rex too, as seen here) made this one unexpectedly positive in every way possible. Last day in town. Local campground, awoke to a flat tire. Ended up at Point S per recommendation from camp host. And boy am I glad I did. I was greeted warmly, and the car was serviced almost immediately. During the wait, Rex kept me company, and in a flash, 10 to 15 minutes later, the fix was in and the car was ready. I approached the front desk, ready to settle up, the price was pleasingly, even surprisingly... compassionately fair. When I returned to the campground I made sure to confirm the excellent service to the camp host and encouraged him to continue sending those in tire related distress to Point S.
