- JWJacks Whitehurst5 days ago2.0they did the work i asked them to do at an affordable price but it comes with a cost—they aren’t very professional up front (guys cursing and slapping each other on the butt) and are pretty slow at front desk, not to mention not great customer service. when i checked the work upon pickup they forgot to add a very important part that easily would have destroyed the work they just completed. they forgot to add the clips to the tie rod boots after replacing them…i had to fix it myself with zip ties from the napa across the street since it was the end of the day and i didn’t feel like coming back in the morning like they suggested. i’m so glad i checked. i wanted to like this place more since it’s cheaper than les schwab and you can supply your own parts, but i wouldn’t trust them again unfortunately.
- CSConrad Sain6 days ago5.0First time taking my car here, great experience. The previous evening I heard a hissing and found a screw in my tire. Called in the AM and they took my car in that day, also had capacity for an oil change, and comp'd the tire patch. Thanks for your help!
- JJJennyB6 days ago5.0Thank you to Cruz for so kindly evaluating our car issue and helping us get back on the road. The customer service was exceptional and highly recommend this shop!
- BFbrent fosterOct 4, 20265.0The Point S crew is great! We get tires for both our company trucks and our family cars there and no matter how many times I come in with nails in my tires Cruz, James and the rest of the crew always have great service.
