  Some how my original review and the owners response got deleted so I will just and my original review here. I left my pickup at Zs car care on Thursday May 21st to get a new motor. I had to pay half up front to order the motor in so I payed 4056.93 on may 21st. They said that it would be a 5 to 6 hour job and that they would be done by Thursday or Friday May 28th or 29th. They never called to give me an update so I called them on Friday May 29th. They told me it would be ready on Monday or Tuesday June 1st or 2nd. Again they never called. I called them on Wednesday June 3rd. Again they told me it would be done by Thursday or Friday June 4th or 5th. Again no call from them. I walked down to talk to them on Monday June 8th and talked to the owner Robert Terry. I expressed how upset I was at their lack of service and communication. He has given me a verbal and a written guarantee that my pickup would be on Thursday June 11th. Again no call. It's now 2:30pm on Thursday June 11th and I am about to walk down to see if they are actually going to finish today. Also looking at the reciept from May 21st there is a charge for 186.49 for debit card processing fee. Avoid at all cost. Very deceptive and dishonest. Jump to taday June 13th. Update to my last post. Still zero stars if I could and now I can attest to their quality of work also. So the written guarantee that the owner of Zs Car Care gave me that my vehicle would be ready on Thursday June 11th was not honored. Then I was told it would be done on Friday the 12th. I walked in on Friday and they still could not finish the work on it. They told me that it would be done and I could drive it away by 2pm Saturday June 13th. The owner on the tech were going to both go in on their day off to finish. I got there at 1:30 pm and sat til almost 5pm when they said they were done. They brought my car out for me a left it running saying the battery need to charge. They didn't test drive it. When I asked Robert about that he said something about having it running at high rpms inside the shop and that it didn't need it. I drove away. The vehicle sounds awful, like either it's blown a plug or something with the exhaust. I drove about 2 miles to my buddies house to have him hear it because he works at a muffler shop. I shut the vehicle and try to start it when he came out it would not start. We tried jumping the vehicle over and over and it would not start. I had to have it towed home about an hour after leaving Zs Car Care with a new engine. While waiting for the tow truck I notice wires hanging down beneath my radiator. They did not plug in my radiator cooling fan. Easy enough. Ok. When the tow driver got my vehicle home he was able to jump it with a starter pack from his truck. The lights and ac and radio keep turning on and off erraticly so they either wired it wrong or they did not pair the control module with the new engine. Also while looking into the engine bay and listening to the pickup idle the tow driver noticed that the reason it sounds so bad is an exhaust leak. There is a bolt missing from were the exhaust manafold connects to my engine looks like it only being held with one bolt. Also the bolt behind my fan belt that holds the either the starter casing or holds part of one of my fan belt pulleys in place is loose. Other than all that, and it taking almost a month I finally have my vehicle back from them. They dropped the ball on customer service, customer communication, and now quality of repair work. 7500.00 total for the engine swap at Zs Car Care and I still cannot use my vehicle. Sooooo upset.

  Great shop with great people. They recently fixed my vehicle and have also worked on another one for me in the past. Both experiences were good, but the newer team in place now has made the experience even better. The owners have always been great to work with, and the new staff and mechanic really made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. I definitely plan on continuing to use them for maintenance and future repairs. Highly recommend!
