- JHJamie Hennessy2 days ago1.0Will damage your oil drain plug, then claim it's not their fault, and won't pay out any repairs. Shady company practices and looks for ways to not pay out any claims.

Technician was honest that I didn't need a transfer case service for my car as it was tied into my engine oil, and even annotated my account so that other Techs on the future know not to offer that service when I get another oil change.
- MMMarkusAug 28, 20264.0Very friendly staff and the service was really fast. I got an oil change along with the engine and cabin air filters replaced, and everything went smoothly. The only downside is that the filters are pretty expensive, so it might be cheaper to buy them and replace them yourself. Overall, a good experience!

My engine over heated when I got home and my coolant hoses broke in half almost immediately when we opened the hood to see what happened.
