Been doing my own oil changes for 160k miles except for one at Valvoline Tanasbourne in Hillsboro Oregon. Here's what I found at next oil change. Pics are 100% their work! Nice

I went back to have the issue addressed, but both managers were off that Monday; one on vacation and the other camping according to the employees on site. The employees there said they couldn’t make a decision or resolve the issue. Very frustrating experience, especially after being charged for a service that wasn’t performed. I expected much better communication and customer service. 0/10

After dealing with the less-than-effective automated system, and being transferred to two different individuals, I was finally transferred to the location. Needless to say, I was frustrated when a gentleman, by the name of Jack, answered the phone. He patiently listened to my frustration and effectively answered my questions. In short, he saved a long-time Oil Can Henry customer. I was heading to another firm. When I arrived, he introduced himself and made me forget that which had me on the brink of going elsewhere. In an era when customer service is increasingly a thing of the past, Jack and his staff are a refreshing reminder that it still exists. If you need a tune-up, head over to the Tanasbourne location. They'll do you right. And ask for Jack! 👍 Memo to Ryan: If I owned a competing firm\location, I would do everything I could to hire Jack away from you. 🙂
