  My rating is 3.5, here's why: normally the guy who takes my payment is a bit more cordial. Was he disgruntled because I shooshed the recommendations about the extras that needs to be done to my car? Perhaps BUT I'm still the customer and was not treated well! He was more concerned about going on break (I heard him mention this to another employee). Needless to say, I had to ask another attendant to please check my tires. If which I was happy I did because all 4 were overinflated due to the warm weather! Another attendant told me he checked and it looked like my filters had been replaced the previous visit! Kudos to the last 2 employees! But the one who I paid - he could use more customer service training!

  Went and got a oil change they said they filled up my windshield fluid and they didn’t. It was empty when I pulled in empty when I left. This was when they first opened. Don’t trust it what else didn’t they do they said they did. Also says 15 min or less but it was longer than that.

  Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and swift with their services! There was no pressure to do any additional services but were kind enough to print out upcoming recommended services for me.

  Must Read Before Going Here! I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but the experience was a nightmare. I've always taken my Rubicon to the same dealership where I bought it new. My Jeep just passed it's warranty and I had 60k miles so why not take it to Valvoline? I brought my Jeep in specifically for several fluid services, including the transmission. Not long afterward I started having serious transmission problems and eventually the Jeep became undriveable. I had it towed to the dealership and what they found was extremely concerning considering the service I had just paid for. I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION, they did not fill my fluids back up properly. There goes $11,000... I tried reaching out to Valvoline and even showed up in person to speak with the location to get some answers and resolve the situation, but unfortunately I was met with denial and child-like behaviour. I didn't blame them once. The dealership needed some answers regarding what they did so we could get to the root problem, and immediately the manager and Valvoline techs got defensive. It was chilidish. They refuse to show me the video they have of the service being done and expect for me to take their word. Both Jeep and the second opinion shop said Valvoline is at fault 100% & I’m now dealing with a very expensive transmission replacement. I really wish they would have taken the situation seriously and worked with me instead of leaving me to deal with it on my own.

  The Manager "Sam" was awful!!! Bad attitude + slurdred speaking. This guy was gruff & could care less about speaking clear & kindly. I'll call before going to that shop again. If he's on shift I will not go there! Oil change service.
