  Been going to the Baseline location for two years now and they still dont have the air filter in stock for my vehicle. Everytime I come in they assure me that they have it, they pull my filter from the airbox and show it to me everytime. Then they proceed to ask if I would like to purchase one I say yes and they have come back 4 times now to tell me they dont have one in stock. I was just there on Thursday and the same thing happened again but this time I asked them to not remove my current filter because confirming they had the proper filter in stock, the employee stated he had just seen the filter I needed and it was in stock. They proceeded to remove my filter and show it to me like I had asked them no to, and then they had to tell me they didnt have one in stock. So at the end not only did the employee lie to me they didnt respect my request to not remove the filter before making to sure to have a replacement. Then to put a cherry on top they only made my service interval for 3,000 miles when its a full synthetic oil that can go 5,000 miles easily and that has been the interval set for this vehicle. I feel like this is a scam tactic to get customers to return early and spend unnecessary money at the business. All in all ive had a few bad experiences at the baseline location in Beaverton Oregon and I dont plan to return for such lack luster service.

  The service was prompt and professional. Blas was very friendly and helpful, and he even searched my email and found a coupon so I could save $15. Excellent customer service.

  Mr. Shomari is a great manager. I really appreciate his excellent customer service, professionalism and prompt service. I highly recommend this location for making sure the customer is taken care of. I salute the staff for the great job!

  All staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative. Answered any questions I had. I felt so bad not realizing what time it was when I pulled in, but they still brought me in. We joked and lughed. They were so kind, respectful, efficient and fast! Overall great experience! Thank you gentleman for helping this girl out and making sure I was up and running for my travels!
